Consciousness and The Importance of Feeling Important

"Numbers don't matter if you can't count. "  Janet Barrett

Something that has come to our attention in group is the importance of feeling important. Not more so than another which would be entitlement but you as Self. In the energies present globally it is time for all to be counted. And that means you have value. This is a huge wound and burden in many. It is suppressed energy and playing out big time now.

The United States is churning because of it. When systems forget to recognize the individuals who make up the whole or feel overwhelmed, those not served or served poorly will at some point protest. Which is a good thing for it highlights the failure of the system. Then we can correct the imbalances. Our challenges are to do this well. All sides have a side, a viewpoint. When agendas get promoted that are not coming from Heart Centered Awareness more problems will ensue.

How do we value ourselves as individuals and as the collective, historically and currently? The importance of One, the importance of Being, the importance of putting oneself first in order to share with grace and compassion, not as a brute or bully to others but from integrity. Not as an act of selfishness but as Self. We can no longer hold ourselves separate. We are part of the world. We share this incredible planet.

Many might question at certain times if they make a difference. The classic "It's a Wonderful Life" movie with James Stewart comes to mind. Sometimes we need others to remind us. But it will start in the beginning of life. How the quality of the mothering and fathering were experienced. Were we valued as the unique individual that we each are or something off a cookie cutter, to follow in others footsteps and not our own? Was Love conditionalized as a control mechanism and not joyously shared? Something to be earned.

We each matter and it is important to value self. Or otherwise our sense of self comes from others around us and that can get wearing for both. Roles get assigned and not allowed to grow and mature.
Relationships are full of value whether it is in the family or the village. Each of us offers something to the whole. Sometimes we get labeled in ways that keep us small in our own minds and as less to others. We have to be careful to appreciate and guide and pay attention. It takes work, it can take time, it takes a willingness. It takes us listening to the elders who have time to notice.

An act of sex may make a child but it has nothing to do with parenting. Many are piss poor at it. and yet if other family steps in, other neighbors, teachers, community step in we can make a difference in helping ourselves and those we are sharing ourselves with, to realize how important they are.

Everyone matters. Every one. Did you learn to feel less than? Ask anyone with an agenda how they feel good about themselves.

Got to Heart Centered Awareness and appreciate yourself and the wonder that you are and that we all are.

Consciousness and the Art of Reframing

One of the most marvelous actions we do is our ability to have a new thought and change how we think. It is probably something most of us take for granted or don't fully appreciate. Until we run up against a stuck bias. We will usually notice it in others, when we are having issues with getting what we want and the failure of that. And, when our perceived fears, foibles and phobias keep us stuck into unwanted patterns. They can be gripping and controlling and affect us for a lifetime and lifetimes.

The mind is geared towards making assumptions quickly to keep us safe. Our challenge is that the perhaps perceived threat is not always a threat. We often made an choice based on incomplete information about the present moment and have pulled from our storehouse of past experiences and allowed that to dictate our current actions. We are doing this all the time. Our past experiences become a label of observations, reactions, responses into some thing and it gets fixed after time.

How do we change the label? By reframing. Taking the label off and allowing ourselves to look again in new ways free of the limiting biases of the past, free of the power of language and calling some thing something.

We are all familiar with the thought that in order to have a new result it is challenging if you don't change the conditions, the labels. Only certain outcomes are going to be possible and since we tend to think in absolutes there won't be many. But if we can brainstorm with ourselves what might be possible? If we step into the state of potential, where no thing is set yet, what might be able to happen in a new and different outcome?

This is the reframe. Take away the emotional glue of attachment, the label, be open to something different and allow the energies to just be observable. If you think in terms of power, this is the true power found as Consciousness. When we can slip away from something having to be some thing or bound up in perceived informational patterns of morphic field influences or our own biases. trainings, learnings. The dynamic of the collective reality mindsets can hold us hostage when maybe they really don't serve, if they ever did.

It can feel like it requires a lot of something to be free to work or play this way. But there are successful companies who pride themselves on creating atmospheres of creative fermentation for positive outcomes. New ideas are celebrated and trail and error is actually encouraged. Research and Development.

There are also companies that keep to the tried and true. If it isn't broken etc, etc. etc. There are also companies that can be done under by the limiting controlling mindsets of owners not interested in growth or change or holding awareness of the influx of new information their clients and customers represent.

In the arena of our minds and Consciousness at play what kind of company do you represent? Each of us have already access to a Research and Development department. It is Heart Centered Awareness and it is not anchored to time or space so Research and Development can happen in an instant.

Heart Centered Awareness is free of personality. It is the Infinite Sea of Potential. It is your playground to new and exciting ideas and thoughts. It is easy and free and available to all.

Right now is the perfect time to explore within Heart Centered Awareness as we reset ourselves with new intentions and look at the past with regrets, hindsights and awareness to allow ourselves to reframe, to hold new interior discussions. To change our language that often becomes a trap and keeps us diverted from clarity.

If you reframe and relabel all as just "stuff" and all is just information what happens?  Does that make a difference when you cull through those memories and throw out, save, give away, recycle what no longer might serve? I put it that way as if you allow energies to become potential again it can then be new realized energy and you are now in the Flow of Unlimited.

How exciting! Happy Reframing!

Consciousness and the Last Few Days of Resistance

On the last few days of 2016 I was noticing how Resistance was showing up to play with in clients, group and always, in myself. By its very nature it is hard to deal with or engage.

It's ability to dictate and confound us can be felt in many ways. Some might include the defiant child. It can be the stubborn spot on our soul. It can reveal itself in the non changing state of some issue.

How to be neutral to it and work with it requires respecting it just like anything else we might be dealing with. It may have a personality, truculent, pouty, defiant, spit in your face attitude and that is okay. It was set in motion for some reason and is one of many ways to explore Consciousness and Life. That is acceptance.

But I am witnessing where the self awareness within this dynamic is supposed to feel bad. We are often in judgment and not in acceptance of how it serves, only how it controls. And then, like fear, we are reacting to the fear of the fear, not the issues. We then are reacting to the resistance of the Resistance and not the protective nature gone wild.

Our challenge then is when it is in the way and forgotten it's role to play in our lives. Checks and Balances are important to have in system designs. The egotistical nature that Resistance can take on is all about resisting for the sake of resisting and that, like fear, can be compromising.

Being able to say no, I don't want to, are part of the developing self. But when they are attached to safety not being kept it can take a life on of its own. The child that it can attach to won't have vision or answers beyond what it wants in the moment. It will suck all the energy out when that energy can be used in other ways.

We did not to try and control our resistance but to notice what was involved in non threatening ways. The words in group that came up were conundrum, paradox, catch 22. We got lots of answers and awareness of words once spoken leading to limiting beliefs and resultant behaviors. Some not accessed before. The resistance had been that strong for several years in creating blanks in memory.

It had become something to be proud of in many ways. Often it is associated with The Resistance that happens in wars, or in taking down governments, where the subversive nature is embraced for change. If you get caught you can be labeled rebel, get tortured and killed and die a horrible, honorable death. How nice. Or not.

The body is a system and in this one cancer is running rampant. Sugar and it's taste was part of the resistance at play and blood sugar levels feeding the cancers are keeping proper and appropriate treatment at a distance. Not useful. The need and want to have all the sweet our defiant child wants is killing. The cancer is resistant to change.

Answers for this tough situation and behaviors acting out is go to Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness. Only there are the answers for each individual. We found that it wasn't about the cancer as killer but as vehicle for change. A way to wake up and quit resisting. We are so creative.

In what area of your life does Resistance play in? What is the nature of your resistance? How does it serve? What is it holding hostage?

Realities shifted. The bravery, courage and resolution we each have inside to accept who we are from within love of self and being and play in our sharing is awesome. Acknowledging that we are each representing some facet of Consciousness for each other gives us a way to notice and introduce patterns/conversations we hold inside.

We don't fix or save or even help. Our context reality is that we provide sharing of awareness. Resistance has no interest in being helped often. Or it has a habit of being disappointed. So, it thinks it is fine' thank you! Helping actually can make it more reactive. Instead we provide more awareness from a non judgemental state which is entertaining and non threatening and allows for that child to move off it's axis and become something new.

Great way to finish off a year. Great way to begin another.
