Consciousness Core Dancing

In group the other night I perceived a new opening in the field that showed up big. In flew all kinds of sacred geometry. When it showed up again in a later group and the following morning's group it had us rocking. Literally.

You get back what you put out. I have been asking of myself and others what is it you are feeling and seeing in this new world that is being exposed and transformed. How you are viewing your world through your mind's eye?  And is it all that you want it to be? Or is it a vision filled with strife and turmoil with lots and lots of unresolved and buried emotional strains or is it treasure to be mined separating precious from dross.

I have been solidly fluid in my awareness that all is well. Even when other people can often be in different states of awareness about what is happening. Some really enjoy and love the distractions playing out in the connections of social media and global news. It can keep them seemingly safe in their cocoons of denial. But not really. That is the power in a delusion.

The energy drain that our dis beliefs and miss communications and unclarity that so many embrace can be felt. We are tired. Exhausted really inside deep. The rest of us can feel it and we feel it unique to each.  Some as a loss of equanimity, some as uproar, some as hyped up reactions.

I feel it as deep deep deep physical exhaustion, this burden of past expectations and my need to serve as processor. I register it as physical exhaustion as exhaustion have value in my story of this body. I relate to exhaustion in this way where others will feel it at mental exhaustion or emotional exhaustion depending on their viewpoint of themselves in service in the collective and their gifts.

The trick is that if a need to serve is present it can be holding the need to serve as real and creating a story to maintain it. What ever we focus on becomes more real, more powerful. It shifts then in the spectrum and becomes the focal point which all other information relates to. Yet it is only one illusion out of many.

In group we touched upon how for one of us, which means all of us, we realized how a mothers deep love for her child could be coated in fear and within her own perceptions of the world, the failure to see the child and her needs. That one's personal sense of salvation was not another's and the burden of the child to hold this story for a lifetime. We noticed the power of a group to provide and persuade individuals to support them, tapping into the unexpressed or spoken needs in the power of belief.

Our nature is to justify our stories so we can move on to the next thing and not having to question ourselves again. What we are tapping into these days from within the deep of us is tuning into our truth of the moment and validating or releasing what is not true now because we are at this moment in time to notice anew.

We can be complacent if we don't know we can move position.
We can be complicit when we are willing to value this over that and want to belong.
We can assume if we don't know we can think different.
We can fail to question if we never think for ourselves.
We can be quiet when we feel we have no voice.

Our last group released a whole bunch of stuff in exchange through the opening in the field. What comes in is potential in dynamic expressions as sacred geometry. We have created sacred geometry as the magic formulas in being. So take a few for yourself and integrate, utilized and eliminate the old no longer serving.

We are here to help. We are your Consciousness Core Dancing.

Consciousness and the Book of Joy

My 62nd birthday was yesterday. On Friday I walked into our favorite bookstore and the first one I registered visually was The Book of Joy by the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu. I opened it up and read a few lines and tears started running down my cheeks standing there. I read that in honor of his 80th birthday, the Dalai and Rev. Tutu wanted to share with the world how to take the years of suffering both these great men know personally and be joyful. Because they can. It was their birthday gift to us. It certainly was their birthday gift to me.

I had an angiogram a couple of weeks ago and it was a remarkable experience. I appreciate angel energy when it shows up which it often does in these situations for me. I am so glad I was present to notice it. My wellspring of humor was overflowing and I was cracking up the crew and myself. (Don't get me started on Groin Prep and Management). All from Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah 7 minute song playing over the loudspeaker in the surgical room to the sense of my heart being held in an uplifted hand under a spotlight as the pressures were being measured going into my heart. They did find congenital small arteries and a narrowing from plaque in the main artery into my heart. The nursing staff invited me to come back every morning, not as a patient, but to set the tone in the room for them every day. That was a lovely compliment.

Since then I have had moments of emotional releases and I have found myself to be in Joy. Joy that I wasn't able to label as such as I have not known it often in a physical sense. Joan, my radio partner was able to articulate for me that it would seem that I was in the transcendent state that heart attack survivors can comment on. Something is different. And without the heart attack!!!!!

I will look to avoid the 5 drug combo the docs can only suggest and the stent.  They are always an option but nothing i want to invest in. I am told that plaque never goes away. Really? Well, we will see. I will continue to play as Consciousness and see what is possible.

This embodiment of Life for me and many others is all about transcending Suffering into Joy.  How do we take what we have called the Wounded Healer in each of us and allow for it to transcend? Why do we suffer, why do we hurt others, why do we hurt ourselves? Because we can. It is as simple as that. It is not about right or wrong. It is about what we do with the suffering from within a neutral, non attached place. What greatness we each have inside of us that comes from within that awareness?

Get the book. It is a testament to all of us on our path or journey of Enlightenment. The combination of wisdom and grace and humor these men offer enriches all. So do the techniques they offer.

And the best technique will always be going to Heart Centered Awareness, the field of Unified Consciousness and allowing for the wonder you hold inside to express.
