How to Bring the Dream Back to America by Deepak Chopra MD

This came across my LinkedIn news feed last week. I though you might enjoy it. He speaks so clearly about where we are in our outward and inward Journeys of Enlightenment. How to Bring the Dream Back to America
By Deepak Chopra™ MD

Massive crises have one great advantage: They show you where you stand. The sight can be distressing and shocking. But it would be wrong to say “Who knew?” We all knew. In this country you’d have to be willfully ignorant to not know about racism, police brutality, income inequality, global warming, the staggering cost of medical care, and the rapacious activity of huge international corporations.
A secondary benefit of a massive crisis is that change can occur. People have waked up enough to protest racism and police brutality. COVID-19 deaths have waked up enough people that Medicare for all has a viable chance of happening. We cannot afford to keep recycling the same old story once things get back to normal. As overwhelming as a massive crisis is, the good news is that the solutions are just as well known as the problems.
If you stare this crisis in the face without flinching, the solutions stare back at you. They include
·          Social justice. This can be solved with a fair, impartial court system and a police force that isn’t skewed to victimize minorities.
·          Economic justice. This can be solved by guaranteeing a safety net for every citizen of the kind that exists in countries where social democracy already works.
·          Sustainability. This can be solved by removing the pollutants and toxins that everyone knows are causing climate change.
·          Peace and conflict resolution. This can be solved by demilitarizing the world and ending us-versus-them thinking.
·          Epidemic disease. This can be solved by taking public health seriously everywhere it is lagging.
·          Unhappiness and discontent. This can be solved largely by doing everything else on the list.
Each of these problems, by general consensus, is moving in the wrong direction. Even though everyone knows what the problems are, and generally speaking the solutions are staring us in the face, the situation isn’t improving. Why? Slavery, child labor, lynching, tainted food, and totalitarianism were changed in the past, and at the time when reformers confronted these horrific problems, the same obstacles were presented by rich, powerful, corrupt, entrenched forces acting in bad faith that we see today.
Something fundamental is as true today as in the distant past: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” The axiom came from Edmund Burke, a giant in 18th-century English politics who also happened to be a conservative. Reformers count on good men (and women) to act on what they already know. This is a simple matter of vision. Change your vision, get enough people to agree with you, and good prevails.
I think of this as the new American Dream, because the old American Dream no longer inspires the vast majority of us. The Land of Opportunity is the old American Dream, to put it in a nutshell. But where has opportunity gotten us? Rampant materialism, mindless consumerism, the dominance of the rich against the poor, woeful social mobility, unchecked polluters, political apathy that has allowed two generations of reactionaries to advance their agenda. Hollowness and corruption were not supposed to be the legacy of the American Dream, but now we’ve learned to live with them in the hope that the goodies we amass won’t be taken from us.
The tragic irony is that every problem can be solved without sacrificing American prosperity. What did polluted air and water, exorbitantly expensive health care, stockpiles of nuclear weapons, trampled minorities, the burgeoning super rich, the corporate stripping of retirement plans, and venal demagogues in places of power do to make you happier? It’s not a wild surmise to answer “Next to nothing.”
The United States has around 4.5% of the world’s population while generating 20% of the global economy, leading the world in greenhouse gas emissions (second only to China), enjoying the world’s most expensive health care with the worst returns from the existing medical system, and standing alone among developed Western nations in not guaranteeing housing, education, and free medical care to its citizens. We do not have to call these things the product of evil, but they are certainly the product of inattention, inertia, social barriers, reactionary political forces, apathy, and a lack of shared vision.
Of all the things that keep us from a better life, I think the lack of shared vision is the one we can change right now, because no outside power can stifle the mind completely. The mind is free if you wake up to what you already know is right. Such a step isn’t difficult, but another maxim must be heeded: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
If you know what the solutions are, you are already part of the new American Dream. You are not a victim of fate, circumstances, or history as long as you are awake instead of asleep. The real opportunities have never been material in the first place but mental. No one has taken that opportunity away from you. Only habit and inertia has caused the sleepiness of the past to remain in place. Being the change you want to see in the world doesn’t require unusual courage or scary action.
It only requires that you stop telling yourself that things will change while at the same time recycling the same old attitudes, beliefs, fears, blindness, conditioning, and apathy. Those are the pernicious forces that led us into the current crisis. If American exceptionalism is true, then why are we the worst country in the world to deal with the pandemic, led by reprehensible politicians intent on preventing the common good instead of promoting it? The only shred of exceptionalism left to us is a vision of possibilities. To me, a new American Dream requires nothing more, thank goodness.

This Memorial Day

Gettysburg
I looked to see what I wrote last year and if it still applied. Yes, remembering does.

All the best to you and your memories and also to those forgotten or who have no family to remember them perhaps here and on foreign fields. .

This is what I wrote.

The energy behind Memorial Day in the United States of America is of recognizing and remembering those who had died while serving in wars for this country. It became a united effort out of different locations in this nation after our Civil War in the mid 1800's and recognized as a legal holiday soon after.

Over 150 years later we are still remembering those have died in service.

I will spend today thinking of them and us today. How far we have come, how far we have not come.
And through it all I will be grateful to those no longer present in form who are still with us in mind and spirit, if not body.

Our Shared Journey Of Enlightenment

How are you doing? We are on our shared journey of Enlightenment aren't we? We knew we needed change and it is here.

I sense this all as an opportunity to shift, the quantum leap we have been expecting for the last few years. A  shift from Fear and Entitlement to Love and Appreciation. Fear and Entitlement are perhaps our natural human state and Love and Appreciation come out of our evolved state of BEing within our core Essence. .

Why is our Fear so strong in any of us at any time? Fear is inherent in the human animal as Life is precarious. There are no guarantees you have a next moment or the conditions it exists in.  Prey and hunter mentality is about the continuance and ending of Life. We may be at the top of the food chain but that only means we have the power to destroy or enrich Life on this planet more than other species.

Love and Appreciation creates connection and community. They are what give us the ability to balance and harmonize the events in our lives.

Many live their lives from within their Fears and sense of Entitlement. Conspiracy and Blame keep us small and subject to being dominated. They do not serve us except as warnings. Those accepting no responsibility for their actions and those they are in charge of create harm and confusion for the rest of us. They trespass on our laws of integrity and honor and fairness.

We are being brought down by a cell. one little tiny cell that has the ability to manufacture itself at a rate we can not currently keep up with. It has no agenda except a design to spread and replicate. Our sense of Entitlement and Arrogance can not help us here. You can not reason with it. It is both specific and common now. It is manifested reality, perhaps manifested destiny for many.

One truth of history is that people and plagues have come and gone. This is Mother Nature who was here long before us and we hope long after us. We navigate living with viruses and bacteria in us and all around us daily. Some are useful and nourishing and others compromising.

If they were smart, civilizations used what they learned at the time, to the limits of the technologies of the times to create new ways of coping with their fears about Life. If not they died out, maybe forgotten, maybe built upon in later generations of the survivors.

I live in a reality of Oneness, as do my colleagues and students. I daily sit in present awareness as best I can and connect as Consciousness to explore my Self and inner relations to the All.

I am noticing that in our social isolation, many more are finding each other in connection, in Oneness as the outside world of our social behavior routines collapse. We will be different.

Habituated behaviors are collapsing. Life right now is not the same as it was 3 months ago or will be in another 3 months. Emotions long suppressed are and will be expressing. It will take awhile for people to comes to terms and work out this new terrain of systems and services. Who will be leading the way and who will be obstructing Life for all of us.

New beginnings and opportunities are in motion. We are becoming free to become creative and resourceful and helpful as we see new needs that we are all sharing in. In states of potential,  companies and people are retooling and finding new meaning in new adventures and possibilities in work. What happens when we receive meaning from our work? When what we do is important in our being who we each are.

Some will get it and some will not.

Let yourself Love and Appreciate Life and honor those around you who are insecure about living.

Living each day as it might be your last is the truth about Life. We have no guarantee. BEing present now lets us shed our past behaviors and move out of the shock that can surround us quicker.

What do you now have time to notice about being you?

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet podcast release Tuesday March 11, 2020

Episode 31 Blog/  Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness is Alive

What we call Heart Centered Awareness the Field of Unified Consciousness is actually an active transformational reality if you were to recognize it as such. Your world is not just some thing you observe but are actively creating through our shared genetic memory. Rupert Sheldrake calls it Morphic Resonance. The potential in Being is the unknown available material able to interact with energy.

The realm of Spirit and Consciousness is filled with the senses of malleable time and space where our physical reality seems to hold them as fixed. Time and Space have become standards to anchor our experiences to. We have developed a process where stuff happens over the course of time and plays out. The truth? Whatever we think manifests instantly. Our challenge in this is that we are unclear in our manifesting. We are always creating all kinds of contrasting dynamics. In the Spirit realm this is clear and in this physical world which embodies contrast it is not.

We shift from the set quality that our daily reality may seem to be and become flow oriented not event oriented. It is not enough to see and have a new awareness. How many times have we had an awareness or someone else has one for us and it didn’t change anything? Instead you set up adaptive behavior to try and control not having to experience or feel the same in the future. The patterns involved originally are still engaged without being different. and you may be busy activating an existing or developing a pattern that knowing the truth doesn’t make a difference in changing the wound or world of you.

When we are paying attention in a state of not being attached to the same outcome, we can engage it and feel it in different in some way. We don’t have to validate the existing story pattern. That is the Now. The pattern is in your past. It has no need to continue into your future. Unless you are attached in recreating the pattern every time.

You can register the change or shift as a new choice emerges. And it isn’t about the outcome in the future but in knowing and recognizing that something has changed right now. You feel different in sometimes subtle and sometimes dramatic ways.

This is Being Present Now. Time and Space have shifted a bit and our stories patterns of what we were feeling are now stopped. All the elements that we think we are, personality, patterns of beliefs and behaviors, emotions, thoughts, etc. are not us. We may call them I, Me, Mind or Self but we are bigger. Eckhart Tolle puts it this way “I am not my thoughts, emotions, sense perceptions and experiences, I am not the content of my life. I am Life. I am the space in which all things happen. I am Consciousness. I am the Now. I am.”

In the quiet, the calmness, the sacred of BEing aware, as Consciousness, there is none of the doing of working at some thing that Self is busy perpetrating. You instead, become an active listener/traveler. Life is not about doing. It is about BEing.

Our reality takes on such a seamless dynamic that you lose the discernments that make up your judgments about your realities. Your bias and perceptions and experiences work together creating a sense of any one life theme, the story you have created about being you as human.

Consider Reality as made up as strips of film, individual groupings of pixels as pictures. Each grouping or picture validates individual moments of being in form. String them together and those individual arrangements of pixels become a moving moment of reality where we are captivated.  We will take what we notice in our picture and activate it and let it become a moving engaged state of reality.

Now, it doesn’t matter how you might notice this experience, happening in the moment, though awareness is nice. Most of us can be pretty dumbed down to being alive so awareness can seem to build over a sense of time like many things that we attach Time and Space to. But, it doesn’t have to.

The more you pay attention that some thing different is possible and could be enjoyed it comes into form, into reality.

Consciousness and a Heart Beating

I had a stent put into an artery in my heart a few days ago. Being open to possibilities and choices brings changes to incorporate. There are chemical assists to engage at just the right levels and types. New patterns in breath and heart beat coordination.

All has brought information to enhance my state of awareness that Life is in the beats of a heart.

My heart beats in the delight of just beating.

Your Invitation to Going Beyond/ JIE Episode 12

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet
Episode 12 E=MC2 and 100th Monkey Principle Realities

More of us are awakening to our connection to all life on this planet as Oneness. More are becoming aware of Wholeness. Oneness is about being connected and Wholeness is the totality of what that includes. We have individual experiences and shared experiences that combine and create our thoughts and realities. We each add to the whole.

Our habituated shared realities are what Rupert Sheldrake PhD explores. He promotes the awareness that what shows up in our world is habituated thinking that is being projected into being. The collective genetic memory creates the mechanism of connection of the habituated thought.

We don’t have to ask our question of “Do any of us make a difference?” We know in physical terms how it only takes one human with an automatic weapon or bomb to eradicate life around him discriminately and indiscriminately. It takes only one company dumping pollution and then an industry that starts the ball rolling. It takes only one voice promoting fear as reasonable.

We are acting like it is okay to be armored in battle as such is urban life and that every neighborhood anywhere is a battlefield. Guerrilla warfare among civilians in the extreme.

It doesn’t not have to be this. But we are allowing it to be okay. What we are feeling and thinking about life is the issue.  It is not a question of “Does one make a difference?”

We are now in touch in ways as never before with what we may not have known we had lurking inside. Society is reflecting our racial bias, gender bias, male/female bias, etc. etc. etc. We have got biases coming out of our hearts that have been eating away at us. Locked in feelings of fear, hopelessness and despair abound about feeling powerful to create what we want to live. We are receiving our slaps into awareness.

What if?

What if there is no weapon pointed at another?

What if instead?

What if I pointed love at another? What if I pointed kindness at another? What if love and kindness radiate out of me in every direction? What if others are doing the same thing at the same time? Feel the difference?

Each of us is our own leader of Self. What if this is your sense of leadership then? Leaders radiating out love and kindness as that is what they are accessing within. Sharing in a global awareness of limited resources to be cared for and used wisely and respectfully? No one against another but with differences to be appreciated.

What if there was no side to take, only unity? This kind of leadership is about Wholeness and Oneness at core. Nothing falls outside of the Collective Consciousness.

Do we witness our Leaders radiating love and kindness and respect towards one another and others as that is what we are doing? Not only our spiritual leaders but our political leaders? And aren’t they the same?

The real question might be more “What am I offering as part of the collective presently active memory of Man?”

Consciousness and Moving into the State of Something Different Happening Now

“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.”
― Mother Theresa

What are you feeling as you read Mother Theresa's quote about time? Resistance and story starts validating or?

Our day to day realities, our stories about who we are in life, have us moving forward in some sense of time and space. Most are also bringing their pasts forward with them and all too often they are living with the past events actively making their choices still.

In this state what we call the present then is only the past still engaged. That is how we can predict the future with reasonable certainty. Not many of us like the idea of the unknown which would be unreasonable certainty I guess.

When we talk about being present we are talking about shifting from the State of Past Moving Forward to the State of Something Different Happening Now. Only then does the past become the past. It now serves only reference to how we got to our now. And now, right now, will determine our future.

We can have many attachments and feel all kinds of things about our past. Lots of powerful emotions are active, lots of thinking active.

Have you heard this one? "Nothing ever changes for as much as things change, they stay the same." It is a morphic field in effect. Means nothing really ever changes. Really? That things change and then change again and still things are the same? It can certainly seem that way when we lump things together. What it really means is that you registered a change and then another change and then it went back to what it seems it was. This speaks to our choices and how powerful we are in making the same choice or a different choice.

We notice this in using consciousness technologies. Someone comes to us about an issue and it clears and another shows up maybe even worse than the first. The issue then is only symptom and not the agenda in play.

Did things truly change back to what they were? Or, were we perhaps too slow or too fast because of our stories to recognize change when it happened or when the opportunity was right in front of us and we settled for what was familiar. You have to develop ones own awareness in noticing shift.

Did I mention that time is a sense as is space and malleable in quantum realities? That's the subjective quality we experience it as. The minutes that are ticking away in orderly fashion on the clock is a man made construct representing predictability of time which is useful to share collectively in our physical world to keep things running on schedules that we feel are important. Our mind and emotions can have a different sense of time than your body is holding. We can not, at times, keep up with how fast things happen. And then they can seem to take forever.

You can take the time out of a pattern. You can end the measurement. If you do this only from your wounded thoughts and emotions you will blink and and continue to bring the past forward with nothing changing.

Making the time to stop and look around yourself and what you have created behind you puts you into the present. You are stopping the story. You are gaining perspective. If you do this in Heart Centered Awareness you can stop the old story running and start another.

What is it like to sit in Heart Centered Awareness where time and space are sensory and malleable? Where the story and you have a chance to separate into the now?

Give it a chance. Sit in awareness and let some issue come into mind. If you are crunched for time do this while sitting in the bathroom. Instead of reading your texts you might as well sit and be creative in a different way!

In any relation there is our story, their story, our perceived sense of their story and so forth.
What is is like to let go of your story and what you think their story is to allow for something new?

Just notice what comes to mind and play with it. Register a shift in some way and let it. Be open to feeling different or breathing easier and sit. Let it register. Give yourself time to recognize what being present is all about now.

Consciousness and Episode 5 Podcast Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet

Consciousness and Your Known and Unknown

One drive as humans is to know. Live or die means we must know stuff. What is out there beyond my fingertips? Hey, what are my fingertips? What is there to explore? To know is at our core.

What happens is when we find out what is out there. What do we do with that information? How do we use it? How do we live with it? How does it become us?
The lessons we learn, as we come to know a thing, come out of our unknown perceptual biases at play in each of us.

This is the eternal question “Why?” that we ask. We come to the known through our sense of safety, our need to eat and such to survive and the thoughts and emotions these encompass. It comes from our Essence’s interaction as Self encompassing the unique traits to each of us in form and personality.

Once we “know” a thing which is “yes, that is this” do we move on. We don’t like indecision, uncertainty. Mind settles, as mind has a marker now for this thing. It becomes a navigational point, perhaps an identity builder and added resonance to our stories. It is a judgement. We no longer question, no longer gather information to make a new judgment, a new decision, a new choice. It becomes fixed. We know what it is. And every time forward we are held back. For we are now stuck into a position. Which may be helpful at times and not so much at other times. Too often we would rather hurt because it is the known. Even to the point of it now hurting ourselves habitually.

What happens, what is missing, what is compromised in our choice? Freedom, the ability to make a change easily, a chance to change a thought and behavior when it is not wanted. We stop questioning, our curiosity is stymied.

Curiosity and creativity are natural and flow oriented. When some thing is known the flow is now fixed. Remember the child asking questions on a roll? It happens so quickly what leads from one thing to the next. At some point the child grows in form and quits asking questions often.

This is the human experience.

Our drive as Consciousness and Essence/Soul is to be. To learn of being by the ability to do. Or we would not do this. Life invites and dances with curiosity and creativity. My thinking is that curiosity is vital in life. Creativity is the mechanism. Spontaneous is the result of curiosity and creativity in action together in a moment.

Our challenge if one so chooses, is to embrace the unknown as always present and available to what one thinks is and using the unknown to do its magic as potential and make it actively engaged.

It is not enough to see a thing or know a thing. It brings no awareness, no wisdom. All that does is acknowledge that there is issue, problem, etc. and validates our powerlessness to our bias. We want the first part and to let go of the last part.

We are powerful in creating our experiences, we are powerful in changing our experiences. Same power at play just different ends of the experience.

To access Potential, we access Heart Centered Awareness, the field of Unified Consciousness. Potential is to each of us our unknown and much more. For your known and unknown are not necessarily mine. Mine may be different though the field is the same. Potential is the building block of Consciousness. We are now in the field of the sacred, the creative, essence, All. A state of All in flow, out of flow. In the stillness of the quiet we feel the vibrancy of Potential as it is waiting.

You bring your challenge to this arena, this state and how you know it, what you know it as, and it is now free. It has accessed the Unknown and collapses the field of the Known into some thing different. You can feel it and you are in it right now in some way.

Take time to tune in. Let your concern or conundrum be present. Ask “What might be possible if I was free to know this in a new way?” It can be that simple in this state. Anyone who has a challenge and then catnaps and enjoys a new vision that finds clarity upon awakening is engaging this state. Inviting the unknown to merge with our known. Welcoming the new information. Some will call it imagination. Others will realize that imagination is that part of ourselves as Consciousness accessing the All beyond the limits of the dreamer’s known world.

There is comfort in being the same. What would it be like to develop comfort in being different, feeling different, thinking differently? It does not need to be threatening. It can be exciting. Some of us don’t like excitement. It may be interpreted as anxiety.

No worry. Just let it be present and know it is only part of your experience that you bring into the now. Let, be and watch and feel what happens next.

Consciousness and Lotus Rising Out of the Muck

We like to think we don't but we all have muck inside. Suffering and all that encompasses is a fact of life. In this shift in Consciousness what is happening in all of the vibrant uproars around us is the opening of stored, compartmentalized, unresolved, unnoticed negative emotions and energies. (I only use the word negative here as that is how we label emotional energies that don't feel good.)  As Consciousness there is no judgment.

It is food for the Lotus blossom rising up out of our muck. Events and people give us a way to voice what most often we have held in secret, even to ourselves. It has been putting into new contexts the old underlying stuff. We may be surprising ourselves.

For those not paying attention or not living in awareness it is still registering. You can see it everywhere.  It can be the tension in the neck, the extra drink, the road rage, the anger at a cell phone not turned off in a movie theatre. Mob mentality is present in the most unexpected places.

Maybe you are in tears or in depression that seems to have no origin or reason. Centuries old in many cases as the past is in each of us. Emotions leave powerful markers in our genetics in energetic terms.

Unprocessed shame and associated feelings are everywhere. So many components and in group we were able to articulate some profound feelings and why it might be present. For instance, I am ashamed of my government and how it is responding and not responding to its own citizens in need in Puerto Rico. A debate of worthiness that has been created triggering many of us.

Consider  the recent Ken Burn's Vietnam War series and how it showed us how a war was created and handled and felt by all those directly and indirectly involved in that war. On all sides. My own feelings and memories and my parents feelings and the country's feelings. The regrets and slaps and righteousness that have been held, the excuses for actions taken.  On all sides.

This is nothing new. How old is Mankind? It has been going on that long. Every generation has had it stuff. Without resolution but often with shock and denial and stored away. How do we resolve all the sides that we can encompass about anything?

Also strong was the wanting to help and not being able to help and to feel effective and bring meaning and care and life support supplies to those who are in need. To effectively stop mayhem and craziness. Those asking for help and others sitting around waiting for weeks to be allowed to help. Being allowed to help. How sad is that?

It is in the loss of civility we are exposed to. It would seem permissible to attack another from a distance, or from a hiding place or over Twitter. Our abilities with technologies is far outstripping our emotional, mental adaptations because we accept process as the norm. Things take time we are told. But with our energetic awareness we know that process is about time and control. In this work we feel the shifts immediately when we are not attached to outcomes.

Our muck is rich material. It is not about having it. That's a given. It is how you use it. As shit or fertilizer.

What is rising up out of your muck?  What you may find may only be informations from other times and places and spaces and not current to you. Or even yours.

Whatever it is, make time to look at it within Heart Centered Awareness. Notice in some way what you are aware of. If it feels done but just sitting there taking up energy you could use elsewhere, bless it and see about just moving it out of alignment with yourself and then do so. See it separate farther and farther away and more useful elsewhere free to come apart and back to particles. Feel the difference and know it done.

If it feels right to address it and own it and eat it then do so.

Or see it as fertilizer free of story and label now and just as pure energy for your Lotus.

We each are a Lotus flower growing. The Lotus blossoms out of the deep dank muck. The deeper the muck the more beautiful the blossom. It floats above connected and nourished by the muck and transformed into wisdom and beauty. The flower opens in the light and closes with darkness. Each day is a new life, a new rebirth for the flower.

Treat others as you would have them treat you and all there is, as far as you can see, is a field of Lotus blossoms. Feel them in the sunshine, glistening in the dew. We are all rising out of our muck.

Being Conscious of the Sacred

Sacred: holy, devoted to a religious ceremony, or simply worthy of awe and respect

How do you relate to the Sacred when you are in Heart Centered Awareness? We access this state when we are gathered in group and you experience it as real. We feel it. We all notice it in some manner. What has come to my attention is how people are relating to Sacred. Many of us may not be used to or have a sense of the intangible as tangible. We are transforming our awareness of the concept of the Sacred into the state that is Consciousness.

Depending upon your religious trainings you may have conflict with the whole idea. Sacred can often be presented as something out there, not inside of us. God, Universe, whatever your term might be can be held separate from us. and it is not. It is Consciousness. Whether you are of the scientific bent and the label Zero Point Field, or God in religious disciplines or Universe in Metaphysical practices it is all the same. Consciousness, the field of Unified Consciousness, Heart Centered Awareness. Use the term you like. Just realize that you are accessing all that word is associated with and those reality mindsets, which you may or may not agree with. Which may cause chaffing.

I prefer Heart Centered Awareness as it is free of bias and morphic field dynamics that the other words encompass now. Consciousness Technologies give us a more neutral reference for that which can not be named. We do like to name things don't we? Unfortunately the names may define and then they limit and keep stuck what is possible. We buy into the patterns of the morphic field references and then what is possible is narrowed down. To name something some thing, be it God or Universe or squirrel is to keep old paradigms in place.

Many can be in reaction to certain words so new words show up in reaction. Atheist is a reaction word for instance.

I and others like Consciousness or The All. It clears the state of old references. And it allows the Sacred to be present without a middleman of clergy or empowered objects.

Which goes back to those holding themselves separate. This is what is important in reframing our past stories. We are all One, individuals sharing in the collective as Consciousness. We sit and feel and resonate in the quiet of the Sacred drowning out the chaotic clammering sounds of vibrational forces that are in each of us. Not out there, in us. If you can sense the Sacred in some way then it is in you as there is no separateness.

A lot of dogmas employ others to reveal, rightly and wrongly what we are to follow to be good people. That is what a follower is, someone who comes behind another. In Heart Centered Awareness the only thing to follow is where your attention is going.

It might be time to check in and see how you are with being sacred and if you are scared, or scarred by the Sacred. Access HCA right now and see what you notice about relating to Sacred. Is there comfort present? Or is there an interface, a veil or person between or upsetting your sense of Sacred? Allow for the information to be present and what shows up in response. Allow. Relate. Transform. Release. Breathe.

In the Infinite Sea of Potential that is Heart Centered Awareness, there is a buoyancy, a lightness to be found. A state of quiet, calm, peace, expansiveness, nothingness, and a sense that all is well.

It is a deep, deep, well. This is Sacred.

Consciousness and the Art of Reframing

One of the most marvelous actions we do is our ability to have a new thought and change how we think. It is probably something most of us take for granted or don't fully appreciate. Until we run up against a stuck bias. We will usually notice it in others, when we are having issues with getting what we want and the failure of that. And, when our perceived fears, foibles and phobias keep us stuck into unwanted patterns. They can be gripping and controlling and affect us for a lifetime and lifetimes.

The mind is geared towards making assumptions quickly to keep us safe. Our challenge is that the perhaps perceived threat is not always a threat. We often made an choice based on incomplete information about the present moment and have pulled from our storehouse of past experiences and allowed that to dictate our current actions. We are doing this all the time. Our past experiences become a label of observations, reactions, responses into some thing and it gets fixed after time.

How do we change the label? By reframing. Taking the label off and allowing ourselves to look again in new ways free of the limiting biases of the past, free of the power of language and calling some thing something.

We are all familiar with the thought that in order to have a new result it is challenging if you don't change the conditions, the labels. Only certain outcomes are going to be possible and since we tend to think in absolutes there won't be many. But if we can brainstorm with ourselves what might be possible? If we step into the state of potential, where no thing is set yet, what might be able to happen in a new and different outcome?

This is the reframe. Take away the emotional glue of attachment, the label, be open to something different and allow the energies to just be observable. If you think in terms of power, this is the true power found as Consciousness. When we can slip away from something having to be some thing or bound up in perceived informational patterns of morphic field influences or our own biases. trainings, learnings. The dynamic of the collective reality mindsets can hold us hostage when maybe they really don't serve, if they ever did.

It can feel like it requires a lot of something to be free to work or play this way. But there are successful companies who pride themselves on creating atmospheres of creative fermentation for positive outcomes. New ideas are celebrated and trail and error is actually encouraged. Research and Development.

There are also companies that keep to the tried and true. If it isn't broken etc, etc. etc. There are also companies that can be done under by the limiting controlling mindsets of owners not interested in growth or change or holding awareness of the influx of new information their clients and customers represent.

In the arena of our minds and Consciousness at play what kind of company do you represent? Each of us have already access to a Research and Development department. It is Heart Centered Awareness and it is not anchored to time or space so Research and Development can happen in an instant.

Heart Centered Awareness is free of personality. It is the Infinite Sea of Potential. It is your playground to new and exciting ideas and thoughts. It is easy and free and available to all.

Right now is the perfect time to explore within Heart Centered Awareness as we reset ourselves with new intentions and look at the past with regrets, hindsights and awareness to allow ourselves to reframe, to hold new interior discussions. To change our language that often becomes a trap and keeps us diverted from clarity.

If you reframe and relabel all as just "stuff" and all is just information what happens?  Does that make a difference when you cull through those memories and throw out, save, give away, recycle what no longer might serve? I put it that way as if you allow energies to become potential again it can then be new realized energy and you are now in the Flow of Unlimited.

How exciting! Happy Reframing!

Consciousness and SELF LOVE FLOURISHES HERE

Our journey from within a reality of Self Love can take some time to acclimate to. When one's habit has been to Doubt, it has settled into our bones. It has become part of our sense of stability in the real world. It might take a bit to bring us back to this new centering sense of being.

And, that is fine. It is okay. We come to realize how incorporated our judgments prevail and flourish.

Let us look at Self Love like a new growth maybe. A seed, then a seedling, a tiny sprout shooting up out of the soil and it will take the harmony of the earth and surrounding conditions of water, sun, rain, and storm to sustain our seedling in its development and growth into something living.

OR

We can just shift it to the NOW reality of SELF LOVE FLOURISHES HERE. There is nothing to process, just accept that things are different and can be that because I SAY IT IS SO. Which is really about our sense of empowerment. Many of us have no comfort or helpful, useful training with standing up for ourselves, and  maybe more importantly, with ourselves. It is habituated to think of our own wishes, desires and Right to Be as Less Than. Someone has more power to choose who and how we now are and long after they may be gone they have left their mark.

Self Love. Who and how we define ourselves. IF there are no rights, no wrongs, no judgments from others that have become our rules, what else is possible? If we shift judgments to guidelines does that free us up more?

I say it this way as I am about respecting myself as Consciousness experiencing life as me. Since Consciousness was setting itself to experience life in my form it set my perceptual biases as basis to explore. This is the best framework for me to express in this current embodiment. If, I, for just a moment can get out of my own *^^##@# way and see the wonder I am in action, is letting go of the blame that I hold at core for showing up this way, possible?

We need to get over blaming Consciousness, ourselves and all those others out there over the years and generations and lifetimes for us showing up as we presently do. Life feels like a grand experiment of experience. Myself, I don't think Consciousness knows. It only is. It allows for all.

We seem to observe that there are some rules in life as we hold suns, planets and solar systems as systems. Rules come with systems awareness. Our challenge is that we don't know when rules apply or not as we are limited by our ways of noticing them. And that noticing that come over what we consider time, like centuries, may change along the way as Consciousness expands into forms. We go through evolutionary changes, awareness in a myriad of ways of embodiment on this earth. No Ice Age currently present though we may be on our way to creating one again sooner than later. That is how powerful we have become as Consciousness being.

So. SELF LOVE FLOURISHES HERE may come with training wheels. There is no need to be hard on ourselves unless you feel that is SELF LOVE. I own that I can be lazy, indifferent at times to my own setup and suffering. Change requires I do something. and I don't want to. Or need to. Etc. etc. etc..

And yet, from within Heart Centered Awareness,

SELF LOVE FLOURISHES HERE

Consciousness Around the Bend This Week

Hello Out There!

I love this picture. It is so helpful to demonstrate the following: Sometimes we can't tell if we are coming or going or making any progress on our path. With the above perspective you can see that we are often exploring the same terrain and yet it is different. The road covers the same area but is different. Coming from the opposite direction and you are continuing on the path. We tend to think that what shows up is the same old thing but as we do this work we have to appreciate new ways to look at our stuff. Hindsight is invaluable to wisdom being realized and acted upon.It is even better when the hindsight is available immediately.

Much has been rippling out in the cosmic levels of energy, earth energies, world human energies, and within ourselves. None of it is separate from one another. Only our level of awareness. What is your level of awareness? Can you see the connection between what you see outside of you to what is in you? How would it be useful? What if it started with you and was playing outward? Just how big is your ripple effect? What are you rippling out about?

Much is up for play in group as energies open up and accelerate. We have been exploring, sharing and supporting, with our collective unique ways of noticing information, one another. Each of us is a valuable individual in how we express Consciousness in Being. Collectively we are changing lives. Singularly we are transforming ourselves. You never have to doubt that we each make a difference in the world when you sit with others in Heart. Sometimes it is easier in group to hold this truth. Alone or with others it is a profound realization.

Most of the time we can not hear ourselves in a way that honors, enriches and supports the Divine in each of us. No matter our personal history we are the Infinite in action. Your story of events is just how you choose to express it and is subject to change. You are not done yet are you, playing out the same old, same old?  We are Consciousness enjoying being, evolving.

How do we hold our life precious when it might not be feeling that way? Know that you are on the path from someplace to someplace else. It is called Enlightenment. We leave our bodies usually different that when we entered them. Know that you can choose to visit the same part of the road going back and forth in some sort of loop or you can decide that much more is possible. Make the road dimensional and you can leap from level to level.

Go within, easily and effortlessly and quickly. When you have to make a choice in the moment you might not have time to meditate and wait for clarity. But you can get still, access Heart Centered Awareness with a shift in awareness and hear what you need to hear, an answer. You can tap into the Sea of Potential the answer is coming from. It is there. Always.

For one here last week, new to the dynamics, she enjoyed what she felt here, at home for a week. Then she had an experience that shifted her state and she was concerned that she wasn't feeling the same. It took only her understanding that she could go right back to it with a little help and she was there again. It is that way for all of us. That is the way of the path. It is all about the journey.

Love,

Consciousness Steps Lively

Hello Out There!

Let"s agree to meet this Tuesday evening 7-9 pm and/or Thursday afternoon 1-3 pm for Heart Centered Awareness at play. Please RSVP to come play.

Stuff is happening and to be able to keep up with it we need every advantage. Being able to access clarity and the right choice for you each time is the best way to go. Sometimes we can be inundated with information and a sense of a lack of time. Going to where the sacred silence is waiting and the rising up of your truth is possible always enriches us. Enables us. Embraces us in the wisdom of our challenges.

Come join us in the fun and the letting go of what ails you. You will not be alone. It is possible and real.

Resistance is easy. Some times it feels like it might take courage to examine ourselves. Denial flourishes. But done within the framework of warmth, support and non judgment, what keeps us stuck can start to melt away. Come give it a try a couple of times. It will happen quickly and that can be surprising and startling.

What do you have to lose?

Love,

janet
