JIE Episode 47 Experiencing Energy

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet

Podcast Releasing Tuesday October 20, 2020

Episode 47 Blog Experiencing Energy

One of the most delightful experiences of body/form is to experience one’s senses, to feel, hear, see, touch, smell and to “know” things. The fun comes in when you can feel, hear, see, touch, smell, and “know” things that have some sort of an energy signature of awareness and not so much necessarily solid in form, like ghosts or angels or fairies and nature devas.

Maybe you are like me and have been aware of different energies since an early age. My friends and I can see much with our inner eye, dead people for instance. Or maybe you have a history of feeling energies that were identifiable in some way, but you could not see them. You could feel them either or both physically and emotionally. I have symbols that show up in different ways to my inner eye. You might have a sense of Déjà vu often, or knowing before the phone rings, that sort of thing. It is entertaining in my realm and something one can look forward to.

All of it at times was thrilling, or maybe alarming depending on who I was at the time and the situation. It was just a thing that was part of me, usually unexpected but I was open to it all. I have had many different experiences over the years, including channeling to running healing energy through my hands. My experiences were most often in a reality of being helpful, user friendly and not about the battle of good/evil that it can be for many. I was not alarmed and judging what I was witnessing as bad. There was no horror or fear, only Grace at times and neutral the rest. But dealing with people’s projections takes stamina and centeredness and neutral terrain within.

Of course, when I was young, I was not always clear or understanding about boundaries and how energy works. I got into metaphysical studies in my early 20’s when I realized it was a part of my life. I wondered how someone could feel” bad” or unsettling in some way to me and I felt “bad”. I have felt attacked and then at times used. And, along the way I was perhaps clumsy with others in their feelings I am sure.

We are all sensory creatures with bandwidths of sensation that extend beyond our human limits into our metaphysical range. BEing energetically sensitive is easier when you learn one’s own nature and develop energy hygiene. When you are wanting to help another, understanding energy and potential dynamics is essential to successful work. There needs to be respect for how you are both organized within. You can realize that energy can take any form and like a blade be two sided, and due to the bias of observation, positive or negative. When in itself it is neither, just a manifestation of projection.

We all experience energy differently and unique to the individual so there are guidelines to consider and frameworks to embody that make life as an energetic being delightful and rewarding. All too often people can feel overwhelmed or done in by the energies around and in them. And most of the time people are not in conscious awareness of the energies around them that are affecting in some way, positive and negative unless it is brought to their attention.

All information, life, stuff, fits within the core of Consciousness so it can be interacted with. It doesn’t matter if it is in the past, the future, the cosmos, your neighbor. Energetic dynamics abound. It just depends on your internal settings of sensitivity, tolerance, and story line which determine your reality settings and what you consider real and not real, possible, not possible.

Everything is vibrational and informational in nature when it is reduced to its essence. Energy is vibrational and can clean, clear, protect, heal, destroy. It provides us with intuition of the present and organizational in terms of time as past lives and the precognitive of the seer of future events. It connects us with other energetic awareness of forms corporeal and incorporeal such as angels and other life forms. It resonates with all elements of living matter such as crystals and plants and animal life and our space around us as in feng shui and the senses that track surroundings.  Everything living is registering information and is connected.

Energy is found in the known and unknown, the manifested and unmanifested, our notions of what are real and not real. Energy does not care what you think, it only reacts and responds and forms and develops into patterns of vibrations that we sense and interpret and experience as the habituated thought and behavior. Again, and again, time after time. Unless, some thing happens in our rule set to instigate change, shift, in the moment.

For me, when I work with clients or students it is about appreciating their references and how they are helpful or not to them, not to me. That is what being energetically clear, neutral, to me is about. I have no agenda to push, just clarity for the often-felt confusion that is present which is what our issues most often are, confusion between mind and heart usually.

I am an empath, an energy empath. I feel energy in people, places, things, words, etc. in my body. We all do in some way, to some degree. It defines me. These days I look to benefit from all my trainings, experiences and awareness to “feel things from within my field” and not so much in my body or in attached manner. I realize that long ago I made the choice to embody this time, in this way to explore Life within the body/form and to explore BEing. It has taken me many places.

We all have our answers inside of us and where we have a sense of out there, somewhere, sometimes so buried, so wrapped up in a sense of lost that it is helpful to have another find the link. We share in this, this wonderful sense and experience we call BEing.

It is quite a journey of enlightenment that we are sharing.

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet podcast release Tuesday March 11, 2020

Episode 31 Blog/  Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness is Alive

What we call Heart Centered Awareness the Field of Unified Consciousness is actually an active transformational reality if you were to recognize it as such. Your world is not just some thing you observe but are actively creating through our shared genetic memory. Rupert Sheldrake calls it Morphic Resonance. The potential in Being is the unknown available material able to interact with energy.

The realm of Spirit and Consciousness is filled with the senses of malleable time and space where our physical reality seems to hold them as fixed. Time and Space have become standards to anchor our experiences to. We have developed a process where stuff happens over the course of time and plays out. The truth? Whatever we think manifests instantly. Our challenge in this is that we are unclear in our manifesting. We are always creating all kinds of contrasting dynamics. In the Spirit realm this is clear and in this physical world which embodies contrast it is not.

We shift from the set quality that our daily reality may seem to be and become flow oriented not event oriented. It is not enough to see and have a new awareness. How many times have we had an awareness or someone else has one for us and it didn’t change anything? Instead you set up adaptive behavior to try and control not having to experience or feel the same in the future. The patterns involved originally are still engaged without being different. and you may be busy activating an existing or developing a pattern that knowing the truth doesn’t make a difference in changing the wound or world of you.

When we are paying attention in a state of not being attached to the same outcome, we can engage it and feel it in different in some way. We don’t have to validate the existing story pattern. That is the Now. The pattern is in your past. It has no need to continue into your future. Unless you are attached in recreating the pattern every time.

You can register the change or shift as a new choice emerges. And it isn’t about the outcome in the future but in knowing and recognizing that something has changed right now. You feel different in sometimes subtle and sometimes dramatic ways.

This is Being Present Now. Time and Space have shifted a bit and our stories patterns of what we were feeling are now stopped. All the elements that we think we are, personality, patterns of beliefs and behaviors, emotions, thoughts, etc. are not us. We may call them I, Me, Mind or Self but we are bigger. Eckhart Tolle puts it this way “I am not my thoughts, emotions, sense perceptions and experiences, I am not the content of my life. I am Life. I am the space in which all things happen. I am Consciousness. I am the Now. I am.”

In the quiet, the calmness, the sacred of BEing aware, as Consciousness, there is none of the doing of working at some thing that Self is busy perpetrating. You instead, become an active listener/traveler. Life is not about doing. It is about BEing.

Our reality takes on such a seamless dynamic that you lose the discernments that make up your judgments about your realities. Your bias and perceptions and experiences work together creating a sense of any one life theme, the story you have created about being you as human.

Consider Reality as made up as strips of film, individual groupings of pixels as pictures. Each grouping or picture validates individual moments of being in form. String them together and those individual arrangements of pixels become a moving moment of reality where we are captivated.  We will take what we notice in our picture and activate it and let it become a moving engaged state of reality.

Now, it doesn’t matter how you might notice this experience, happening in the moment, though awareness is nice. Most of us can be pretty dumbed down to being alive so awareness can seem to build over a sense of time like many things that we attach Time and Space to. But, it doesn’t have to.

The more you pay attention that some thing different is possible and could be enjoyed it comes into form, into reality.

Consciousness and BEING Present again

I am a very fortunate woman. I will have recorded 6 conversations in 3 weeks for upcoming episodes of my podcast Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet. As I craft each episode, with all its elements, I listen in to the conversation again and it puts me right into when we recorded it as vital, active, engaging.

Now, as listener, I hear different things in my focus. When recording I am being present, inviting you to join us and bring into focus with my guest, and the vibrations we create as resonance. Our field awareness combines and dances. I notice where those vibrations ripple out in awareness, interacting and what is coming back. In listening, I am present again to all that. My guests are present again. In this work and way of organizing reality, time and space are malleable, expanding and contracting and disappearing all together at times.

Energies comes together. A synergy, gets puts into a limitless, timeless, spaceless place that is accessible to all who engage it. And what is really nice is that any and every time you might listen to the episode, especially more than once, you will be in this field of being present and yet different. You will hear different things, something new catches your focus, it is fresh again. You will feel an enriching awareness of your own. We are all either validating, changing or evolving whether we notice it or not in our moments together.

One thing that catches my attention, in this moment, is the difference in being a believer and Being. Your power connection to your authentic voice is different. My guests pretty much across the board BE. They are in the state of BEING. We embrace connection as Oneness and Wholeness. Oneness as morphic resonance, where we share in genetic memories of the human design and much more to be honest. We share in memories of life forms, energies, this incredible planet and the cosmos. History is everywhere in frequencies present. Some  of us are very cognizant of these dynamics. Morphic entanglement, our ability to tap into what others are feeling and thinking at the same time is present.

We are so powerful we generate and manipulate our shared reality creating it as we breathe, day to day. This is the reflective power in our social media world and how it is affecting all of us. Wholeness is how our life experiences, generated out our bias and perceptions as our stories, encompasses all the ups and downs in form and out of physical form into a narrative of Life, as Self, as form, along with Spirit, and other non physical energies, as part of the Consciousness Core.

You notice I don't use the word God. Or Source or Universe. I appreciate that these words come with limits of our human definition, no matter the body of knowledge or knowing. In using Consciousness as my reference for all, it is free of those dictates that the others have become. It allows for the known, unknown, and everything in-between to have value without judgment or label. Too often our other words encompass definitions which is creating a limit. Many of us are bigger than that.

My guests represent a myriad of connections in BEING. How they, as unique individuals celebrate with me the collective that is Consciousness is sweet. "All roads lead to Rome" always comes to mind. On our individual Journeys OF Enlightenment, not TO, we access ranges in vibrational BEING. Same vibrations, just different labels within our references at times.

What do we know that is helpful? Self honesty. One thing we share in common is our willingness to hear our truths and not want what we want to be true. And we hold this gently and compassionately for ourselves. We don't always buy into our illusions. We are choosy. Only then can we be open to what is available in Being Spirit in human form. This is BEING.

Come join us in the grace in BEING that you will find in listening in. Let it fill your corners of doubt and clear them out. Support hearing your truths, you authentic voice and living in an alignment that brings you what you are thirsty for, the love in connection as Oneness and Wholeness.

I would be honored to have you join us.

Toodles,

Your Invitation to Going Beyond/ JIE Episode 12

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet
Episode 12 E=MC2 and 100th Monkey Principle Realities

More of us are awakening to our connection to all life on this planet as Oneness. More are becoming aware of Wholeness. Oneness is about being connected and Wholeness is the totality of what that includes. We have individual experiences and shared experiences that combine and create our thoughts and realities. We each add to the whole.

Our habituated shared realities are what Rupert Sheldrake PhD explores. He promotes the awareness that what shows up in our world is habituated thinking that is being projected into being. The collective genetic memory creates the mechanism of connection of the habituated thought.

We don’t have to ask our question of “Do any of us make a difference?” We know in physical terms how it only takes one human with an automatic weapon or bomb to eradicate life around him discriminately and indiscriminately. It takes only one company dumping pollution and then an industry that starts the ball rolling. It takes only one voice promoting fear as reasonable.

We are acting like it is okay to be armored in battle as such is urban life and that every neighborhood anywhere is a battlefield. Guerrilla warfare among civilians in the extreme.

It doesn’t not have to be this. But we are allowing it to be okay. What we are feeling and thinking about life is the issue.  It is not a question of “Does one make a difference?”

We are now in touch in ways as never before with what we may not have known we had lurking inside. Society is reflecting our racial bias, gender bias, male/female bias, etc. etc. etc. We have got biases coming out of our hearts that have been eating away at us. Locked in feelings of fear, hopelessness and despair abound about feeling powerful to create what we want to live. We are receiving our slaps into awareness.

What if?

What if there is no weapon pointed at another?

What if instead?

What if I pointed love at another? What if I pointed kindness at another? What if love and kindness radiate out of me in every direction? What if others are doing the same thing at the same time? Feel the difference?

Each of us is our own leader of Self. What if this is your sense of leadership then? Leaders radiating out love and kindness as that is what they are accessing within. Sharing in a global awareness of limited resources to be cared for and used wisely and respectfully? No one against another but with differences to be appreciated.

What if there was no side to take, only unity? This kind of leadership is about Wholeness and Oneness at core. Nothing falls outside of the Collective Consciousness.

Do we witness our Leaders radiating love and kindness and respect towards one another and others as that is what we are doing? Not only our spiritual leaders but our political leaders? And aren’t they the same?

The real question might be more “What am I offering as part of the collective presently active memory of Man?”

Ep 11 Consciousness and Death is Only an Illusion of Final

Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet

Episode 11 Blog

Death is only an Illusion of Final

Wholeness is appreciating that Death will happen at some time to us physically and that is as it should be. We set the length and conditions of life by our biases and our physical choices. It means that we understand that Death is essential and a vital element to living in the flow of what we experience in totality of Being. We can live in relation to Death as denial, resistance, out of sight out of mind. But not really. That is illusion.

Death will register in many ways. Can be a physical death or it might be of an idea, an ideal, a belief. It is always going to be the end of some illusion. About what we thought was important. About what we felt was valuable.  It can abrupt and not planned for or we can be given notice of it coming up sooner than later. And someone or some thing might be dead a long time before we find out about it. It can leave us settled or unsettled. This is illusion.

Life is like a Mobius strip. The point where the strip or pattern turns on itself is going to be either life in form or life out of form. That point we will call birth or death is a moment of transcendence. The looping in either direction is that time and space of transition one finds in form and out of form. For life in either reality is motion, flow, sense, state.

Many have complaints about being in form, about being stuck in a body, being alive. This is illusion.

And, in the same space, there may be a fear of death. This might be a contradiction. This is illusion.

We can have many stories about death. Which are illusions of how we think we would want it to be and not as it is. We might like to think someone who has been a miserable person to deal with, will. all of a sudden see the light of their behavior and repent and pardon and apologize. That is a nice story that can be true or not. We might think in terms of suffering and salvation elusively beyond reach in life and that is a nice story too.

How is death more about us and confronting our own fears and sense of self than it is about the person who is passing from us? Do you catch the hook there? They are not abandoning us. They are on their journey which you shared time with on your journey. You may have enjoyed that time or not and maybe only after this part is over does it come into clear view of what was and not what you thought it was. This is illusion.

So, l sit. I sit and feel my breath and my opening into Heart Centered Awareness. I don’t hard focus on the breath so much as I let my sensory being be present. Mind is all about construct and story. So, I let my awareness of being more than just human drive and mind to share with me what is present about Death as an energy and movement.

How I am relating to it?  From a gut feeling, a sensation of some sort, a thought or stories flashing through? All are valid. I can feel what holds my attention and just let it. I don’t try to make or fix or think or go to that all powerful ‘do something’ space. There is nothing to do anything with. This is illusion.

I just let myself be present with it. No need to let go. Just let. Let it be. In the letting is the lessening of resistance that I might be holding in so many ways, in so many patterns and layers of story or visions, in my story of illusions.

I breathe. I let myself feel emotions or aches or pains as only trapped energy looking to move through that is not yet doing so.

We are each in our story and we are always in our story as we are generating our story. If we are clued into our beings as much more than what we think we are, we can then be more present to others in their stories and how they might be running tandem and parallel and crossing over only now and then. They are not in the same mind sync as you. Which is as it should be. But you can have plenty of crossover when you stop your story from running and you can hear them in theirs.

That can be one gift that Death provides. It stops us in our story often. It clears the decks of belief and false truths and projections and emotions that may have been holding us in their grip for years.

Sit with someone dying and just be present. Just be and notice.

Sit with someone who has already passed over.  And just be present. And just notice.

And then, just sit with yourself and just be present. Just be, realizing that this is illusion.

JIE Episode 8/ Consciousness and Following the Bliss of Curiousity

Ep 8 Blog for Consciousness and Following the Bliss of Curiosity

Curiosity is one of the most instinctive drives we can know in being alive. All animals demonstrate it. It leads to questioning, creativity and actions. It leads to exploring and looking for something different or just because. It leads to maturing and finding one’s place under the sun. It can shorten a life or extend a life and totally shape the quality of that life.

Something propelled life out of the seas and onto land. It had to then adapt and evolve in order to maintain a totally different breathing in this new environmental relationship. It isn’t because there wasn’t enough room in the ocean. What if it was curiosity?

Curiosity is what pushes our innocence to gain knowledge of all kinds and what we feel about that knowledge and where that takes us. Life shapes and forms and evolves.

Curiosity is a neutral state. It is not good or bad. But what comes from being curious leads to outcomes. Consciousness has no agenda, so it has no outcomes, it has no attachment. This is in each of us as our core. The human we are will judge the outcomes developing biases and predictability. It shapes our curious nature. We can give it license to develop and stimulate new processes or it can be set to limit.

Consciousness technologies celebrate curiosity that leads to creativity and actions in our quantum realities. New patterns of behavior come not because we force them to. They come because we are curious and ask a question. A great question is “What would it be like if this could be different”?  It is our invitation to the Unknown. Something so simple in this quantum state is the most powerful generator of potential in action as energy.  When one has no attachment to outcome but is open to something different. And when one holds that whatever comes as the change enhances one’s life, no matter what it looks like, there is no fear about what comes in being different.

This is the power of curiosity. Non attachment, innocence experiencing new information. We are always retaining our innocence. About things, about feelings, about thoughts about stuff. Inquiring minds want to know, right? Doesn’t matter if it is about the barking dog next door or the answer about black holes. Each is an outcome of questioning and that questioning comes from curiosity. The emotions that may overlay at the time are by products.

Life is about potential and possibilities. It is our curiosity that activates the potential and possibilities into reality. Satisfying our curiosity brings a certain sort of sense of completion.

It can be as simple as picking up a book and letting it take you where it leads you and that sense of “Ah” at the end or the “Hmm” at the end. Or trying a new recipe or when you just throw given ingredients together on “Chopped”.

As adults we are responsible for helping children develop their curiosity. We are being given a remarkable gift in fostering potential that we maybe don’t value enough. We might leave it to our schools and teachers who may be in overwhelm. We may feel overwhelmed with the endless questions that you may have a knowledgeable answer to, or you may have no answer or don’t want to have to think of an answer or have to know something different.

Remember how you had to ask your question at the right time, or the right parent when you were a child? There are all kind of reactions and responses and how you handle this is reflecting your own relation to Curiosity. Letting it become something you explore together shares with the child that we are never too old to learn and to question.

Maybe our own curiosity has been stifled. We act mindless in our lives when we are not encouraged to find our own answers. Questioning authority of any kind is a healthy premise in the right context. It helps keep our alignment of Essence and Self in harmony and our subsequent health happy.

Our curious natures are present from the baby grabbing on to some thing and putting it in their mouth and learning it and asking a few years later the eternal “Why?” Isn’t this our cue to Curiosity engaging?

If we are lucky. we never stop putting something new in our mouths and asking “Why?”

Episode 4 Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet

Consciousness and The Connections in our Story Telling

We are natural story tellers. As relation- based creatures our stories define us and give us placement to our surroundings. This is very important to the Self. Whether in our physical or non- physical realms Self needs to know how to relate. Self seeks place.

Writing started around 5000 years ago. When we did not yet write we verbally communicated in sounds and eventually language. Our ancestors drew to express what they were noticing in their environments be it sun, horse, family and the squiggles of water and even signed their works as a hand print.

Everything you know today about yourself and don’t know about yourself is story that has become myth. It is a projection subject to interpretation along the many years that man has been present. Our DNA tell us stories of connection that we most often have not knowledge or proof of.
We are developing our technology to help us explore our pasts and ways for us to know ourselves in terms of that past.

We can also know ourselves in terms of the past, present and future by accessing our essence within each of us. To know ourselves as Soul and Consciousness. Free of the dictates of our assumptions and stories and myths and rumors of Self and our appearances.

Man started out relatively not too long ago in the big scheme of life. We can now have knowledge of the fact that what is walking around today in its suits and ties and colorations of skin tones is a culmination of a Homoapien African woman and her daughters 35,000 years ago mixing with other humanoids. That progression is fascinating to many and how we have become what we see in the mirror each day and over time and the diversity.

What shapes us are our stories in being in form. Most often we each look like we feel, how we think and how we interpret our Spirit as human. Our souls embrace the experience where the Self may question as it is the one feeling all of it. Consciousness and Soul are neutral to what those experiences are. We create what life is as an expansion of being.

We each are adding into what is present today in our stories of culture and personality within this planet’s grace. We are self-creating, self-defining presences of a dynamic in being.  We form actively, knowingly, with intention as Soul, and most of the time unknowingly from our habituated states of awareness as Self.

WE fulfill our destinies as we decide them.

All of this speaks to how we view life and our engagement with it. There is no bias in life as it is an evolving dynamic. Life continues to develop in the human as embryo into fetus only when another chemical process engages and expands the form bringing it into life as human. The same goes for a seed into flora, or roe as the developing fish.  At any time, the form can stop developing and the form dies. Only 20% of all conceived human life births into a hopefully bouncing baby.  Life stops or can continues with new variations present from the norm.

Free of our emotions, we can appreciate life as nothing more than Life fulfilling the range of experience unique to the design inherent in the form. And, souls are dancing.

These days I sense that most of what our lives are about is our relation to what is in our essence already as compassion, love, selflessness and unknowing. Our stories are filled with this relationship to our core.

Unknowing is another name for Potential. Nothing is yet known or identified or solidified into some thing as energy. It is the “dark energy” in the state of Consciousness at play. It is always present in Consciousness. Yet we may not recognize it.

It is the 4th element that showed up in my conversation with Harvey. Many of us don’t like Unknowing. But it is what is beyond our limits and where we dance lightly. It is essential to our evolving stories.

Consciousness and Your Invitation to the Unknown

When I use the word "Unknown" what did you feel, what did you think, what did you notice?

Unknown sender, parent unknown, "I don't know." "Why don't you know the answer? Any of that and other things could be present in and through your space.

I don't imagine that many are comfortable with the unknowns so we go with the known. That is what habituated is. Repeated thought, feeling that triggers action that brings same results. Which is really nice at times or we wouldn't do it so easily and then there is where it might not. Control likes the known. It likes to have the answers as it verifies the existing reality.

Unless you are of a questioning nature and inclined to ask questions. Which are the questions that all children hopefully ask as they discover their worlds and you are expected to have an answer that makes sense to them. Could be a new sense, thought, feeling, that they will build their reality on, often without question.

And what about you? What happens to you in having to admit to some thing as an answer, when maybe you have no answer? What happens when you speak an answer and you realize that it is not the answer but something that is your habituated response and not truth of any kind.

What is is like to be able and feel comfortable with not knowing the answer and you can both explore what any one answer might be? That is the nature of science at its zenith: to pose a question and go into the unknown and find out some thing. That some thing may be old, or new or just awareness that has shifted around since the last time you needed it.

This is our nature, to quest, to explore beyond what is known. Whether it is out among the stars or across the oceans or inside one own's body, mind and levels of awareness. We endeavor to cross our boundaries into new territories. It can be as easy or as difficult as you let it be.

That is what life does. Our DNA and RNA work together in expressing life. The DNA is what is known and the RNA the environment that brings out the known.

What if Unknown is Potential? Now what happens to you and the unknown? When we move from within the power of Self and its limits, those boundaries that seem set in concrete? When we engage as Consciousness and it all starts to shift? Those boundaries soften, maybe disappear and new terrain is unfolding. Potential, the building block of Consciousness, activates and shakes the known into transcendence. For what was is, is no longer and there is no going back as same. Only going back as different.

You might not recognize the state of Unknown in useful ways. If you don't have a habit of questioning in your current realities then you accept what you are told. You become a believer, not a be-er. You are a doer often just going about your day without engaging from within your questioning heart that is your truth.

Want to enjoy your day? Want to feel good about what you do in your life? Want to get out your rut and convenience of being uncomfortable and settled into it? Then access Heart Centered Awareness and that part of yourself that accepts not one thing as true but all as possible and see what happens.

Embracing the Unknown is stimulating, anxiety inducing and also exciting and the hair on the back of your neck or this case your heart starts to rise and you start to sing. As you do when you engage on a carnival ride for instance. Many do not like carnival rides or roller coasters. They did once maybe but not now. What happens when the ride stops and we are hanging unexpectedly? And then it continues on? Even though we are now old enough and big enough to see other riders before us getting off the ride at the end of the ride. Usually they get off right in front of us and then the next group loads in. They made it off in some sort of shape or another. Why would we not be better for having just enjoyed all the ups and downs of the ride?

Start with the clarity and support of the Infinite in Knowing that you are okay no matter your shape or state of form. Then invite the Unknown to show up and share with you what you have been missing in life.

God is laughing, god is smiling. There is Grace.

Consciousness and a New Awareness of Who We are

We are busy these days with considering if who we feel we are is reflecting in our doing.

Maybe you are like me. Opening to a new awareness of who I am in the scheme of things requires some framework in awareness of who I have decided I am.

I start from the premise that I am part of the collective we call Consciousness.I am an individual Soul expressing as Self in this collective. The use of Soul for me is recognizing the individual in the collective as the driving force propelling Self along its path and journey. You are different from me. In story and form and as interpretive agent. And yet we are one.

My next layer might be that what appears as a human body or rock is really made of up elements that have gathered and are held together in their collection and establishing the form. We are made up of photons of light, a bit of bio photons, and the resonances and vibrations and energies that are experienced as thoughts and feelings. Humans are individuals collectively sharing in this thing we call Consciousness. We are the part of consciousness that embodies as life. That we exist and all exists is within the Consciousness Core.

We are anchors of realities that encompass time, space and dimension. We each are involved in many realities all at the same time. And we may not have any idea or sense of this. And, then again you might. You might not understand or enjoy or find benefit.

Within that core, as Consciousness, there is no fault. There is no blame. There is no judgment obviously as those we don't like exist along with us. Our world provides for ourselves mirrored in others and self awareness. We all have merit. As we all do, no matter what we look like, not matter what we sound like, no matter where we each are from, we have being, in form, in common.

Rock, bush, mammal, star, black hole, whatever reference or example you cite it is to be found within the core. And the core expands in relation to how we concept it. How we think about it. How we feel about it. It will manifest. We are co creators in being.

Too often our what we have learned about life at an early age suggests that a powerful figure or figures outside of us sits in judgement often about who we are. Sounds like God and parents to me. And with that we can become victim to the figures, the parents, the gods as we exist in their whims and fancies and whatever else we create and credit to them.

That perhaps is the original victim story. We are not equal to, we are subservient to another. It is a tale of hierarchy. Maybe they have our best interests and maybe not.

In turn our developing sense of spirituality and our religious practices encode into dogmas that while intended to be helpful perhaps can be found to be limiting our truths. Our essence inside Self becomes hidden.

Eastern religions embrace this connection as a 6th sense going along with our 5 senses of  sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Seeing, our prime orientation in our bodies, is about what we believe to be true. Hearing holds the vibratory awareness of out there, in here. Taste which keeps us safe and entertained and anchored, smell which does the same and also anchors us to the past in emotions and memories. And touch, which connects us.

So we add our intuitive powers which reach beyond our physical orientations and includes them all uniting them into a cohesive entity and expression.

From there on I can now notice, using those senses and my awareness of Self's attachment to it's construction of being alive to reorganize and reorient myself. Accessing Heart Centered Awareness as my intuitive skills, gets me free of connection to my physical senses as me and now neutral to the effects of rigid time and space as qualities and which are now malleable qualities and as information now to be engaged differently.

Seems easy enough right? I am laughing. It has taken me a lifetime to get to this place in me. To understand the intersections of my physical self and non physical self and the Self acting as interpreter of all it witnesses in form and out of form. To appreciate the melding of titles, and labels and training's and leanings and resulting confusions and all the rest plus my own experiences and considerations. Like it is for many of us. Once we "awaken" there is no going back to sleep!

The one thing that is always present for me is no blame. Judgement is that very essential living quality inherent in all life to the survival of a species. It is choice. It can also be our downfall.

When we employ wisdom found in our experiences we are tempering and refining Self. Transforming the gift out of the wound. That is realizing the gift of wisdom out of the wound that Self is feeling. It is where wisdom comes from.

Notice how you have aligned yourself within. You can sit and do this or set it up as a dream or in a catnap or in events you participate in and listen. Listen to what you hear, feel and sense lead you into what you want to be in your truth.

JIE Ep 9 Blog Consciousness and Recognizing People as Big Chunks of Cheese

There are many kinds of cheese. Each its own thing, flavor with matching and complimentary tastes.

A chunk of Swiss Cheese is very distinctive in appearance. In its wholeness, those holes are what make it a thing of beauty. It has a tangy flavor.

The challenge can come when one lives life as a chunk of Swiss when one doesn't want to.

After a while of working with clients I tended to view people as chunks of Swiss Cheese at times I must confess. I see people in their totality, their wholeness and how the holes make the chunk distinctive. I like the holes which are not holes to me but dynamics of chemical fermentation. I like Swiss Cheese.

Which is not how people feel as such. They can tell you in great detail about the holes they feel they encompass. From inside the holes you lose sense of the whole and how the holes make the chunk distinctive. And where they will be focusing on what is missing, they are missing the context of being a chunk or wheel of cheese.

A few ways you might sense your holes is as emptiness or unhappiness.

You might want a new relationship. Or, you have always looked on as a observer not as a participant. You might be feeling uncomfortable around people you know professionally or as friends or family. The veneers of putting up with their stuff to keep the peace are thin. You are suddenly tired of fighting, or rationalizing, of ignoring how you hurt physically, emotionally, mentally.

It is time to regroup and put it all into a proper perspective.

We can feel needy, unsatisfied, lonely, depressed. It is easy then to attract another or create a pattern of connection with others who help us maintain this state.

Sometimes this sense of disconnect, discontent, has been there for a lifetime and so we do not recognize it easily or quickly. We will only notice it when we engage in patterns of abandonment, of victim, of nothing satisfies down to our soul.

We look to fill our holes of disconnect and fill our lack of completion. The ones that drug. sex, rock and roll, emotional highs and lows, depressions, disease, loneliness, pain, anger, rage, video games and social media services, thoughts and relationships do not fill. We look to use them to help us to feel something, if only for a moment, a sense of connection.

All these devices fall short. Because you can use them, your anger, your sexual behaviors, you beer, your food, your your your whatever and you will still not feel full, whole.

There is always the morning after.

We can fill ourselves with judgment. We can think we can hide our holes from others. Maybe, maybe not. But, we can never hide them from ourselves. They can be our constant and become our centering device in being.

What we are and what we think we are worthy of can be two different levels of opinion. Judgement is opinion.

We can look at any public and private system operating right now and spot inconsistency, inappropriateness, complacency, abuse of powers, conflicting intentions and actions and expectations. We can witness the subversive, the complicit in interactions, in image, marketing and branding. Often they are the norm.

In accessing Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness, you are better able to appreciate your creativity and what you would like to do next.

It is time to focus back to our wholeness. And how our creative souls have crafted this life for you. How to not let the holes distract you into complaint and judgment but as entertainment and flavoring. How to bring awareness to the fascination with our holes in realizing they are illusions that create distinction of self and personality.

It is time to enjoy what was once Swiss and now can be revealed once again as a nice Gorgonzola, Brie, Havarti, Bleu or or any number of cheeses that have distinct flavorings or markings, not holes in their Cheese Wheel.

Or, maybe just enjoy the Swiss for it's totality and unique flavor from all the rest and just enjoy!

Consciousness and Changing our Tune

As your world or your government, or individuals within your government, make decisions about what is better for you, and as they try to protect you from every possible potential experience, your lives become rather cumbersome, don’t they? All you ever need is a vibration of Well-being.
Excerpted from El Paso, TX on 2/17/01
Our Love
Esther (Abraham and Jerry)

This daily posting came out on Saturday the day after the signing of the end of the US government shutdown. Whether we have another one in three weeks is up to us and our representatives in play.

I appreciated the timing. As you can see that it was given to us originally in 2001. Wisdom has come to us throughout the ages. 2001 wasn't so long ago in the pantheon of human existence. But it feels like a long time ago. Which leads us to realize that what this statement is wise about, the interaction of people and their governments is still the same. No matter what the surface of something might register as, there can be underlying agendas hidden directing the show.

Esther and Abraham remind us that all we need is the vibration of Well-being to hear, feel and incorporate into our being. That it is that field of awareness, that state, that contains this vibration to be active within us. It is our Essence. Our connection to Consciousness.

Our challenge can be that humans can feel many different vibrations and hold them in conscious awareness for just bits in time and space. Physical realm is full of stuff that will impinge on our awareness of safety and survival of the form, the body, so we have a shifting focus that can constantly scan the horizon or the room you are in and the people you are around. We have to rely on our unconscious awareness, which operates all the time to help keep us safe, which can be tricky as it holds all your secrets, even those secret to you and everything else.

On the other hand our Essence as Consciousness resonates in this state as all is well when there is no story, feeling, thoughts, events to distract it. There is no attachment or bias. There is only light, information and patterns and vibrations and resonances. As soon as you go into your story of being, Self, you lose sight of your underlying Essence which is always at play, that sense of Well-being described. It is a state reference not event based so it can respond or feel like a now and then moment but it is really the underlying state as Essence.

When you resonate in Well-being you appreciate that the world and others around you shift in relation to you and your story. Even your story and rule sets and minds sets change.

We have governments for a reason. They come in all shapes and sizes and designs. They have intentions, expectations and agendas. They always, always, reflect the way it's people feel and we have to own that and make our peace with that awareness as most often it will reflect our humanity and our ideals, foibles, emotions and survival stresses.

We like to feel cared for and to know that someone, something is looking out for us. A well intentioned government design is crafted to support us. It doesn't always reflect this. We can find our bodies and minds and Essence getting manipulated out of shape or goes underground.

History provides us with those who have walked on this physical realm in some sort of connection to the non physical realms of awareness. Whether well known as Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, King, Dali Lama, Tutu, and the nameless women lost in bias, they have all known that we are much more. We are Essence at our core of Self and have the ability to hold a sense of Well-Being no matter their bodies physical stresses and situations.

No one is here to save us. Those before us show us by example ways to live in alignment with Essence and Self. People can interpret the words and change them and give meaning not intended.

We could get caught up in our emotions and physical sensations and lose their words. Nothing dies but the body and its mind references. The Essence continues on and may come back into form at some time or not. Doesn't really matter but to their own sense of Essence in design.

Freedom in form maybe what Well-being is in action. You are not subject to the passing waves of emotions and thoughts that would compromise your Self. Being is whole and complete. Which is well. Always.

We have a history of living beyond our means. We have a history at times of not supporting those who help others. We have a history of not appreciating what we have until we lose it. We can have a history of thinking that we are the only ones who matter and let the rest eat cake. All are part of the collective as Consciousness.

It is up to us to realize that our Well-being is perhaps just out of tune. inside and perhaps dormant. See what happens when you tune up and in to Well-Being.

Consciousness and the intersections of Consciousness and Self

Last week I released my first episode of Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet. The focus of my podcast will be about the intersections of Consciousness and Self. Each episode released every two weeks will usually feature a friend who will join me in Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness and share about the myriad and different aspects of Being.

Like with my show "Conscious Conversations with Joan and Janet" my intention is to create in this space a container for others to indulge in. What you found in CCwJJ and will find again here with me is Heart Centered Awareness. There is lots of of great work out on the airwaves. What we looked to do different was sit within the reality of Consciousness as a real state as Joan and I explored Being and relating to topical concerns. We are the only radio show to offer that.

Every guest who joined us on the air felt it. It is the reality of being present, where change can happen in a moment that can last a lifetime. By just listening and allowing yourself to be in that reality state with us your connection to yourself as essence can make differences in your every day life.

Consciousness technologies allow us to feel different in the moment for time and space are malleable. When you listened into the show, if you knew what you were feeling, you felt the shift from Self to Consciousness. It is at our core. It is our essence. If you were new to the state you felt it and just didn't maybe know what you were feeling. And, no matter what you called it, God, Source, Universe, Cabbage it was real. In the spectrum of awareness in Being we are all at different places and sensory input so there is always variance in sensations between all of us.

Consciousness is at the core of All. Every rock, wave, finger, bush, gas, you name it. It is the core of human reality here on planet Earth and in the cosmos. We are all one. As humans experiencing life we feel, resonate in certain ranges of vibrations that are perhaps different levels of awareness from other matter, other essences, other energies. But all, fall within the core of Consciousness.

I look to celebrate all of this in my new podcast. Once again each episode will start with accessing HCA and what comes out of this space with my friend of the episode. And this time the focus will be perhaps more on the timeless quality of Being and not so much on the chaotic nature that Self can entertain. We will pull from our different histories, references, trainings, skill sets, and different wisdom of the past and appreciate it all in the present.

Our Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet podcast page will reflect the topic and conversation. Included will be my friend's bio, picture and their contacts. You will find the featured word highlights along with a special blog written for the topic. As part of the episode there will be a featured meditation from my husband Tom Barrett's extensive Interlude:An Internet Retreat meditation archive. There will be a few Consciousness Cookies, bits of wisdom from the ages and now. With place for any additional works of art as poems or books are mentioned in our conversation.

At one time in the world's civilization all roads led to Rome. It was considered the center of the Roman Empire. In this time there are more than one path to Consciousness. It us individually on our Journey of Enlightenment.

So whether you catch Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet on my website or at the CTR Network
or my Youtube channel Journeys Into Enlightenment with Janet Barrett  I know you will enjoy where your journey meets mine. I look forward to meeting you there.
