Our Business Cultured Bodies
The
qualities that define good business leadership can be applied to how we as
individuals live our lives. For many work is just a place to go and earn money.
It is work. It is a job. It is a livelihood.
It can be encased in grudging, resentful or apathetic energy.
Then
there are those who enjoy work as an expression of their passions about life.
It is about BEing in alignment with our internal drives and skills and sense of
community with others.
My
delight in having John J. Murphy as my guest on Episode 39 was founded in the
challenge of finding Spiritually aware people who embrace the notions of
Oneness and Appreciation as their business model. And not from within religious
dogma which can be filled with exclusion. John’s awareness of the people involved
in business is that they have worth because they are worthy.
We
can take the qualities that he finds in a successful business culture as
elements applying to our own business, we find in BEing in form. He identifies
the qualities every good leader resonates with and most importantly how to work
with others and being able to follow along towards a common good.
Any
business is only a reflection and expression of ones’ vision and desires. Which
is what our bodies represent to ourselves and others when you think about
it.
Make
some time to allow yourself to BE present. Breathe in and out, let your
heartbeat come into awareness and where the two interact with each other. Let
your definition of Self BE over there and you just BE here.
Let’s consider your body as a business. Notice who is in charge. Not in the
sense of dictating but in empowering and monitoring the transfer of information
to and through the different avenues our glands, organs, skeletal and system
designs we operate in.
Is there a mission, a vision that all are aware of to
relate to? Is there harmony and clear communications between all departments?
Are all being valued for the role they play in the totality of this body as
spirit and soul and mind?
Is there good feedback for both localized concerns
and outreach? Is there infighting for supplies and favor or only appreciations
for the easy seamless effort of the mechanics of taking in a breath and the
beat of the heart living and all the wonder that comes from being together
working in a sense of Oneness, Unity and Teamwork.
Just
notice and let awareness blossom as a flower that opens in the sunlight. Let
your body unfold into new appreciations of your new normal of BEing.

Massive crises have one great advantage: They show you where you stand. The sight can be distressing and shocking. But it would be wrong to say “Who knew?” We all knew. In this country you’d have to be willfully ignorant to not know about racism, police brutality, income inequality, global warming, the staggering cost of medical care, and the rapacious activity of huge international corporations.
A secondary benefit of a massive crisis is that change can occur. People have waked up enough to protest racism and police brutality. COVID-19 deaths have waked up enough people that Medicare for all has a viable chance of happening. We cannot afford to keep recycling the same old story once things get back to normal. As overwhelming as a massive crisis is, the good news is that the solutions are just as well known as the problems.
If you stare this crisis in the face without flinching, the solutions stare back at you. They include
· Social justice. This can be solved with a fair, impartial court system and a police force that isn’t skewed to victimize minorities.
· Economic justice. This can be solved by guaranteeing a safety net for every citizen of the kind that exists in countries where social democracy already works.
· Sustainability. This can be solved by removing the pollutants and toxins that everyone knows are causing climate change.
· Peace and conflict resolution. This can be solved by demilitarizing the world and ending us-versus-them thinking.
· Epidemic disease. This can be solved by taking public health seriously everywhere it is lagging.
· Unhappiness and discontent. This can be solved largely by doing everything else on the list.
Each of these problems, by general consensus, is moving in the wrong direction. Even though everyone knows what the problems are, and generally speaking the solutions are staring us in the face, the situation isn’t improving. Why? Slavery, child labor, lynching, tainted food, and totalitarianism were changed in the past, and at the time when reformers confronted these horrific problems, the same obstacles were presented by rich, powerful, corrupt, entrenched forces acting in bad faith that we see today.
Something fundamental is as true today as in the distant past: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” The axiom came from Edmund Burke, a giant in 18th-century English politics who also happened to be a conservative. Reformers count on good men (and women) to act on what they already know. This is a simple matter of vision. Change your vision, get enough people to agree with you, and good prevails.
I think of this as the new American Dream, because the old American Dream no longer inspires the vast majority of us. The Land of Opportunity is the old American Dream, to put it in a nutshell. But where has opportunity gotten us? Rampant materialism, mindless consumerism, the dominance of the rich against the poor, woeful social mobility, unchecked polluters, political apathy that has allowed two generations of reactionaries to advance their agenda. Hollowness and corruption were not supposed to be the legacy of the American Dream, but now we’ve learned to live with them in the hope that the goodies we amass won’t be taken from us.
The tragic irony is that every problem can be solved without sacrificing American prosperity. What did polluted air and water, exorbitantly expensive health care, stockpiles of nuclear weapons, trampled minorities, the burgeoning super rich, the corporate stripping of retirement plans, and venal demagogues in places of power do to make you happier? It’s not a wild surmise to answer “Next to nothing.”
The United States has around 4.5% of the world’s population while generating 20% of the global economy, leading the world in greenhouse gas emissions (second only to China), enjoying the world’s most expensive health care with the worst returns from the existing medical system, and standing alone among developed Western nations in not guaranteeing housing, education, and free medical care to its citizens. We do not have to call these things the product of evil, but they are certainly the product of inattention, inertia, social barriers, reactionary political forces, apathy, and a lack of shared vision.
Of all the things that keep us from a better life, I think the lack of shared vision is the one we can change right now, because no outside power can stifle the mind completely. The mind is free if you wake up to what you already know is right. Such a step isn’t difficult, but another maxim must be heeded: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
If you know what the solutions are, you are already part of the new American Dream. You are not a victim of fate, circumstances, or history as long as you are awake instead of asleep. The real opportunities have never been material in the first place but mental. No one has taken that opportunity away from you. Only habit and inertia has caused the sleepiness of the past to remain in place. Being the change you want to see in the world doesn’t require unusual courage or scary action.
It only requires that you stop telling yourself that things will change while at the same time recycling the same old attitudes, beliefs, fears, blindness, conditioning, and apathy. Those are the pernicious forces that led us into the current crisis. If American exceptionalism is true, then why are we the worst country in the world to deal with the pandemic, led by reprehensible politicians intent on preventing the common good instead of promoting it? The only shred of exceptionalism left to us is a vision of possibilities. To me, a new American Dream requires nothing more, thank goodness.

Journey Into Enlightenment with Janet Podcast releasing Tuesday June 16, 2020
Episode 38 Blog: Righting Our Ship,
Cleaning Up The Mess, Sailing A New Course
Self
awareness and this leap in Consciousness does not have to be difficult. We have
to admit that each of us is dealing with a lot of stuff to consider on our
individual journeys of enlightenment. It is a crash course in coming into new
alignments if we want.
Let’s
think in terms of ships at sea. This virus has created a tailspin, an eddy in the waters that
we are caught up in.So we
are in the flux of shift and defiance and waiting.
Our
boats do not float well anymore and in truth they have been going in circles
and limping along for a number of years. (do ships limp?) We may have been
sailing along but we couldn’t see and couldn’t feel what we were about as we
dealt with the tides and waves and water up to our necks, too busy in our
frantic way to see where we were.
Water
has been flooding us. Right now, it feels like the tide has gone out and the entirety
of the ship is revealed wrecked upon the beach. Be it schooner, ocean liner or
destroyer all has been revealed. It may look okay on the outside, but it is
havoc inside.
It
turns out our ship was overloaded with stuff and it was weighing the ship down
and dragging it down. Loading up at every port of call but never unloading.
Our captain was busy elsewhere playing cards or playing video power games and
there was no one on the deck for years, with the wheel lashed down not moving.
Right
now, we are free to breathe. And utilize this time of virus as an opportunity
to clean house of the debris and reorganize. Sometimes one can be challenged to
get rid of things that hold our sentiments. Good and bad gets all mixed in
together and we can’t see or feel our way clear.
Raising
our consciousness is about opening up to awareness and new expressions in
BEing. Learning what makes you tick and where our memories and triggered
reactions are harbored. Letting more daylight in shows us the clutter and the
dust in our senses of time and space.
So
make it easy on yourself. Use your magic and just notice. Allow yourself to not
have to labor, but enjoy the flow of rising back out of the muck. Use
Jennifer Foster's EDM system of power needs and organization to enjoy finding out about
yourself.
Just
let this be a time of renewal and transcendence and right your ship. Put in a
new motor, new GPS, sails, on board alarm system and a working crew that you
love and love you. Let yourself enjoy being present and in your active sense of
reality with fluid time and space, listen, let and feel.
It
takes a willingness to not beat oneself up and stop and listen. Does not take
money, or good looks. Does not require any special skills or props, only our
willingness. To not look at life as a problem to solve. You are not a problem
to solve, you are not cursed. It can be so easy to think this way after all
these years, to feel this way. Stop it. This is Self and that is only us in our disillusions.
There
are only orientations and perspectives, and it is easy to reframe them into new
conclusions when you stop the habituated ways of your thinking. Being present
makes transcendence easy. If you believe in easy being possible for you. Stripe
away every emotion, belief and listen to your thought. In the moment. Listen.
Hear what you are saying and feel what you are saying. Is it true or just a bunch of conditions and
considerations from other people? Are you, like the ship full of stuff dragging
your ship down?
As in
any moment of BEing on this planet, understanding what and why we do what we do
can be confusing. Right now is an incredible opportunity to step out of our day
to day routines and look around and notice what we have created as our lives.
How out of alignment we have become. Having new tools of understanding why and
what is directing our inner lives and outer expressions is vital to enjoying
new ways, new roles new courses.

The Reality of Scalar Energy with Tom Paladino
So many of us can feel compromised in BEing in form. What would it be like to be able to boost and stabilize our energetic human footprint and inner sense of prana, chi, mana, radiant energy? Joining Janet is Tom Paladino of Scalar Light, who explains what scalar energy is and how it is the basis of all life in our quantum realm of Consciousness.

37 Blog/ At The Core Of Our BEing
I
am not in any way shape or form with any level of training as a scientist with specific
training and learning traditions. But I can speak to their fields of knowledge from
my own experience and wisdom.
Consciousness
is made up of many things. Actually every thing, in the cosmos is part of
collective we call Consciousness. Be it energy or form of some sort that we can
observe and that which we cannot observe as it has no observable physical form
but is just as real. And then there is Potential, the Unknown. Space too is not
empty but filled with dynamic energies we can label.
Depending on
your training you can take apart all the known and unknown factors that we use
as anchors in Consciousness. Things like electricity and gravity and magnetism
can be observed taking place and then there is what is taking place that is not
seen but maybe observed over years, like the nature of black holes. There is
also Scalar energy which is found on our quantum level of awareness.
Go inward and
sit in the seat of the Spirit realm as such. It is the quantum realm. It all
can get confusing at times when we are thinking about it. Religion and what we
think spirituality is, what metaphysics is and what science is finally identifying
comes with language that can just create more confusion when we have broad
backgrounds of inquiry and exploration about BEing. Pile on lots of studies and
confusion can reign in the alignment. Different traditions use different
language for referencing the same thing. And then one may tend to use a mix of
terminology.
So we pull back
the labels and just let our senses experience. We pull back and let mind relax
and we enter into the world of scalar dynamics and energy. We enter our core Essence as Consciousness.
Scalar energy
is quantum energy. It is life force, called prana, chi, mana, zero point field, and other things. We can feel it.
We can manipulate it. We can create with it. We can heal with it. We don’t make
it. It is the given.
My metaphysical
senses and abilities at an early age took me places with being intuitive and
psychic and hot hands that could make others feel better, clear conditions. My
hands don’t get that hot these days but if I wave my hand people can fall over.
By my adult
years, my life’s health journey was compromising the length and quality of
life. I would come to find myself exploring into the quantum realm of embracing
Life. I had to go beyond any training or tradition of medicine. Going beyond my own or
anyone else’s construction of God, Source, Universe and the Spirit realm. Taking
all the metaphysical skills I had and reframing conclusions and seeming
certainties into a state of just information, not judgments that I was not even
aware I was holding.
I reconnected
with the power of not just Self/Mind but of not seeing a spiritual life in
terms of good and evil, the world full of rights and wrongs and thinking that
mind was all there was and believing in my limitations as real. Any emotion, be
it love, fear, abandonment, etc., any trauma of abuse or compromise had value
in the scheme of things. My judgments were the issues. My human values.
I started to
explore the reality of Consciousness that our quantum levels of awareness
embody. I had to find a way out of my box that was turning into a casket.
I didn’t have
to become a physicist or quantum scientist. I just began to appreciate the
growing field of Consciousness technologies. And sharpening up my sense of
bias, of judgments and conclusions that are in every thing we observe and label
in any tradition of learning. I just learned to let go of what I thought
something had to be into just being open to noticing what was present to my
senses and not judging the information. To be in a state of Essence.
I can feel when
bias is present in the word used. I could pull the qualities of awareness into
my own observations about energy. To be free of any religious, spiritual labels
and encompassing beliefs that not allowing me to access potential. To shift how
I was experiencing life from within my own bias of rules about life and those
traditions of learning were encompassing. How I was fulfilling my destiny and
playing into my own creation. I needed
to create different rules of bias if I was to live.
And so, it
began, this part of my journey of enlightenment. Into BEing. I had been all
along but not with any awareness that I was forming my reality. That I would
start unfolding into my truth of Essence as Consciousness free of any dictates
we label.
Someone can tell you something and you agree or disagree it is true
because it has no connection to you within.
You don’t feel any connection. And the connection can be there but
confusion/avoidance/resistance is wrapped around it. Connection is a feeling.
It is also a sense and a state of awareness.
Scalar energy is
in the core, the heart of everything that is in the cosmos and in us. It is
sunlight and starlight and it is the essence of Life.
