Many things are happening in the world as I sit to focus and write this blog for this Episode 33 with George Thomas. It is easy to be distracted by the emotional turmoil present in those who are compromised to pay their rent and my medical friends on the front line dealing with the realities of those in distress. All doing their best to keep themselves mentally and physically healthy and the rest of us safe.

My sense is to go deeper, below the clamor to my sense of my own Essence for the quiet and sacred I hold within. Which is what this episode and every episode in this podcast is about: going beyond the clamor of Self into Consciousness. And the going beyond is not so much an outward experience but an inward sense. Within.

This is what we all can know. That what we are looking for in connection is not out there but in here. In our social distancing more are becoming aware of our true nature as Oneness. How, without the distractions of busy and doing, what things look like, we share in this collective experience we call Consciousness.

We invite what we have not been paying attention to, to express. It is our fears, it is our love and appreciation about life and being present in what we have collectively created in our clumsy ways this reality we find ourselves in.

It is a time of immediacy, not something to think about. There is no time to process except in real time and it feels like time can be running out. It is not. We can expand it instead. Shift to our inner Essence where our time and space senses are malleable. As the days tick off the calendar, as illness gestates for some and passes by others. Create time to catch up with breathing into awareness twinkle lighted particles of wonder. Breathe in wonder and Life, breath out the dissolving stickiness of fear and compromise. Interesting. Compromise is in the air.

We are experiencing what happens when we don’t listen. When we let the fear in Life dictate our thoughts and manifest into reality.

This is a great time to sit in awareness.

Many were so busy during our formally regular days that we lost awareness of our internal messages at the time they were happening. In these non regular days we are now in, what are you thinking about? Just hear your self talk. What did you just think? Then notice how you feel when the thought repeats. Does it upset you? Does it calm you? Does your gut tighten, does your heart twinge, does your neck ache now? All are clues to your inner health and harmony.

You can go deeper. Your breath will take you there without thinking.

IF you knew, in tangible ways that what you sense and feel and think produced results immediately would you pay better attention to those senses, feeling and thoughts? IF you understood that we are all creating our reality together?

You may have your rules about life set to follow others in their awareness and you might check that setting. Life is about immediacy, in the moment. We organize with our senses of time and space to slow things down and create a sense of over time. Shift and change can and do happen in a moment and a week is lots of moments.

In particular this episode is about how it can be easier than you think to Love and Appreciate yourself in new ways. That it can be easier to let loose the fear and sense of entitlement that has blossomed in the air as virus.

If we use our wisdom and pay attention now we will see around us those who think small, think keep out, think that they come before others, that worthiness has a price. We need to remember that future projections are just that, projections and not fact. They are playing the odds. They are set in the reality is that IF NOTHING CHANGES THIS WILL HAPPEN.

So join me and George and others in understanding what it takes to get from here to there. Feel. Without attachment to what we think we know, into your inner realm that IS. Right in this moment your truth.

WE ARE THE CHANGE. IT IS HAPPENING NOW. BE PRESENT NOW.

For many, emotions are tricky. We have them and they can seem to rule us so we can create distance by developing logic and reason over heart and feeling.

All of us will tend to judge our emotions. We can feel undone by them, swayed and led astray, be it our idea of love and joy or our hurt. They can take us not only into distress but into the warmth and welcome present in a smile. They can challenge us and charm us.

They are what makes being alive as Essence in a human designed mammal more interesting. One thing about being only Essence or Spirit is that you don’t have the pesky and unruly emotions to contend with. They are important for a sense of connection that comes with being in a form. Mammals demonstrate emotions all the times as they are vital to survival of life. We count on others to help us stay alive and emotions generate the coloration of those connections. Oxytocin bonds us with love and caring and liking. Other hormones foster and tender our emotional connections.

They cause us to feel and so often we don’t know what to do with our feelings. We maybe never learned how to have a way to feel something emotionally and experience it and then be done with it. We need to develop comfort with being emotional. Being emotional is not being hysterical. Hysteria can cause a cringe. And, a tear can be as powerful as a full rant.

We can be quite sexist about being emotional. Men seem to have one culture about emotions and women another. It is all projection and assumption and silly. We just demonstrate our emotions in different degrees. But with the right stimuli, anyone’s emotions can flare and burn brightly. Angry looks like one safe emotion for men where grief is not always safe for them to express. A women’s anger is not pretty either and expresses differently and grief can be obvious at times as it is an acceptable emotion for women to express. This whole assumption is all very silly and destructive and life inhibiting.

So how do we appreciate our emotions and neither look to suppress them or overindulge them?

Love and it's discernments are powerful for connection, tolerance and ease in being with another. Compassion, respect, appreciation and gratefulness all are shades and flavors of Love.

Feeling wanted and vital to another is another shade in love. Having value and held in regard by another reinforces that one has meaning in being.

In all this there is no doing. It is about being and in acknowledgement of connection. It is Oneness and Unity and the shared common bonds we have.

I have not mentioned sacrifice or martyr. For those are judgement words of attachment about Self. Putting another before one’s own self and the giving up of being first is love. It is the Essence in Being.  If there is a price to pay that is about attachment and Self again.

How to become more comfortable with being an emotional creature? Not driven and ruled by them but guided from your authentic voice?

Learn to Love yourself. Love celebrates the individual as Self and Essence at the same time.

Make time to sit and access Heart Centered Awareness and being present. Allow the calm to descend or emerge into a warmth of sensation. Feel your breath liberate your physical heart and breathe.

We all have a physical body but also a mental body, emotional body, psychological body, psychic body and a spiritual body. Consider your emotional body and feel what you feel. Notice your comfort or anything else that might cross your awareness. Considerate it in terms of the other shades of yourself in the other 5 bodies you incorporate. 

Compare. Are your emotional energies routing in some way and affecting the others in useful ways? Just play. And if you are being challenged to connect this way it doesn’t matter. Just ask yourself “What would it be like if I could identify easily my emotional body and how it works in me?” and see what happens.

Developing comfort in being emotional is important. Using them wisely and constructively is what we are looking for. Being able to show our love and all its colors and express them is not bad. It is not indulgent or dismissive or any other word that might pop into your head. That is Self-talking and guarding you in your story, not your truth.

Feeling what we judge our negative emotions be them fear, anger, jealousy, abandonment all come out of insecurity. It is fine to be able to acknowledge them as it is vital to health and wholeness. What you do with them is the key. And, so often with acknowledgment, they shift into no thing and the energy is then freed up. 

Emotions are states of feeling and they will come and go. If they are lingering, then there is information, or a habituated state engaged. Change it and see what happens. If the tears come, let them.

Consciousness and a Man of Transcendence




Donald Malarkey's story caught my attention during the 75th anniversary of D Day a few days ago. The Oregonian newspaper here in Portland, Oregon did a nice piece of a few of the stories and remembrances of survivors. I took the time to read about these people before us, in a different America and their comrade in arms. I wanted to honor them for what they gave up for us then and now. 

What struck me different about TSGT Malarkey's story of service is what he was to later say about his time in the war. He, in essence, expresses the Wholeness in Being that we can demonstrate. How we transcend beyond the suffering and the pain and cruelty that humans can inflect on others and show our capacity of human endurance and resiliency. There are always sides in any conflict.There are no sides in Oneness. 

TSGT Donald Malarkey was just a regular Joe, from small town America, like so many others. He was awarded several medals during World War II. They include and are not limited to a Bronze star for heroic actions, Purple Heart, Presidential Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal, Parachutist Badge with 2 jump stars, and the French Legion of Honor Medal for military merit.

His story of service was as a member of Easy Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne. Malarkey, age 21, was one of the legendary Band of Brothers who jumped behind enemy lines to destroy German artillery on D-Day, 1944.  His unit took part in the assault on BrĂ©court Manor. He was awarded a Bronze Star for his bravery that day. But it was a long slog for Easy Company. Marlarkey was a sergeant by the time they took part in the ill-fated Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands. They also fought in France, Belgium, and the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944, the last major German offensive.

Malarkey was haunted by memories of combat and the devastation of losing fellow soldiers and friends, his family members said. Author Stephen Ambrose’s “Band of Brothers” and the subsequent HBO series were cathartic for him, his family told AP.

“There is not a day that has passed since that I do not thank Adolf Hitler for allowing me to be associated with the most talented and inspiring group of men that I have ever known,” Marlarkey once said.

I was in tears. For him, being a shining example showing the rest of us what Grace is and the potential in Being. I am sorry I did not know him. He sold insurance after the war. He lived to age 96 and there probably was never a day he did not remember the men and their shared experiences.

I know of others like him who have graced us with where the wounded human, going beyond his emotions, reaches into its essence at core never forgetting his connection of something bigger. I see it demonstrated around me all the time in the people I share this work with, my life with. They are my neighbors and countrymen and others from other countries. Many are in our past and some not yet in form. Some I know, some I like, some have titles of distinction, some do not. Most are strangers to me. Some come as the other side. 

Giving in to pettiness and separateness, fear and loathing is easy. 

Challenging ourselves to go within and find Oneness is also easy when you appreciate Wholeness in this physical realm of contrast. Just a shift of focus. Just make the choice.

We each can be transcendent.

Consciousness and Remembering

The energy behind Memorial Day in the United States of America is of recognizing and remembering those who had died while serving in wars for this country. It became a united effort out of different locations in this nation after our Civil War in the mid 1800's and recognized as a legal holiday soon after. 

Over 150 years later we are still remembering those have died in service. 

I will spend today thinking of them and us today. How far we have come, how far we have not come.
And through it all I will be grateful to those no longer present in form who are still with us in mind and spirit, if not body.

Consciousness and Thinking From Heart Not Monkey Mind

Monkey Mind is a Buddhist term meaning "unsettled; restless; capricious; whimsical; fanciful; inconstant; confused; indecisive; uncontrollable". Sounds like emotions fluxing and shifting. Can be exciting and dramatic and filled with highs and lows in personality and being.  And for some these days stuck in this kind of patterning, we can have clinical terms to describe such conditions.

It is a challenging way of thinking. It can create excitement, but it can also lead us into behaviors we don’t like so much.

Thinking is a given. We are all just wired differently, and we have our practices that can center us or we can be led around by the quality of the Monkey Mind.

What if we were present without judgement, without story, without emotions in dramatic sway? What would it be like to just be present? To just feel the depth of the collective consciousness that is present always below the surface of mindsets? 

What is it like to do our thinking from within the openness of Heart, of connection as Essence and Consciousness? That is an entirely different sort of thing.

This is what we can learn and enjoy from swimming with dolphins and Being with whales. They are mammals like us and a highly distinctive and specialized order of mammals. They were once land animals that migrated to the water and adapted. Considering we think most life came from the sea and developed, these guys went back to the sea. Interesting.

They are equipped with emotions, sonar as sensory and emotion locators and live in family pods and traveling communities which can reach into the thousands. They are 30 million years old and life is very different for them.  Look one in the eye and they recognize you in your deeper awareness. The you that has no story, the you free of your mindsets. They connect to your Being.

Heart Centered Awareness is common to all of us. Just notice your conditions to getting close to another, to being intimate without shrouds and protection. To be naked and easily read from your interior out. Our brothers and sisters in the seas do this.

Humans might have boundaries in place and this kind of closeness can scare you perhaps. To be in that state of honesty with nothing to hide.

There is no Monkey Mind present. Just heart and the responding thinking that comes from being present.

I have never swum with dolphins. I have been in the heart of a blue whale. When I enter Heart Centered Awareness this is where we meet, the whale and me. I can feel the absolute presence of no thing, no doing, only Being in that heart the size of a Volkswagen Beetle automobile. There is only the beat of life.

When you join in Heart Centered Awareness with the whales and dolphins you can feel the awe and absolute peace of being in a flow of life without Monkey Mind.

This is the depth of enrichment that the field of Unified Consciousness is at its expansive core.

This is Monkey Mind quiet.

Consciousness and The Fuzzy Photons Playground Groups

How is life treating you this year so far?

Everyone says, and we all know, that we have been and still are moving through massive energetic shifts. You may be aware of and much might get noticed only as part of the stress you feel. Many of us are feeling now what is coming for all of the rest of us.

Along with the past weeks of holiday season, winter and societies reflections we are really working through our stuff.

You may also be quite aware of what is driving your internal dance and feeling alone, overwhelmed or just tired about it.

When is the last time you felt positive group dynamics?

Do you live outside of a local Consciousness Technologies playgroup or study group? Are you used to being alone and doing your internal thing? That can get tiring and limiting. For those of us who work in group dynamics we realize and appreciate others who show up and share in the work. Like it was in seminar but with more awareness now.

It is a great time to create support for being. Community. Especially when we are not in the habit of being in a group of forward thinking like minded individuals that enjoy consciousness technologies and shifting reality in our daily lives.  Maybe you are fortunate to enjoy a family and friends that support your thought processes and enjoy you looking at life from a different perspective.

In case you don't have that around you I have an invitation for you. If you would enjoy support, warmth and non judgment. If you feel removed from a supportive environment about Consciousness and Consciousness Technologies I have a solution. To join in such a group. I offer two of them on most every Thursday at 10 am and 6 pm Pacific.

Do you remember what Fuzzy Photons are? We are each clouds of photons in motion. Our mindset (observation) picks one and there you are, into the reality of it as a pattern. Consciousness technologies are all about going back into the state of the cloud and playing with the reality where other choices are available. Other realities.

To observe this cloud in which all photons are oscillating it looks fuzzy. Hence the Fuzzy Photons Playground groups. We are all clouds of fuzzy photons dancing around.

I offer the groups via Zoom Video Conferencing which is an easy download to your device of choice. Groups are small live interactive weekly sessions with the group members seen with their names. You truly feel the energy present. It is about as close to being here with me in group that we can get.

I have been offering local groups here for students of Matrix Energetics for some 14 years or so. And, now I offer groups to those who are into Consciousness as a playground.

In group we always access Heart Centered Awareness, the Field of Unified Consciousness. If you need support or reminding we are there to help you do so.

You will access the sacred, the profound, laughter, tears, new shifts in reality in the moment. We revel in the potential that is present as our playing field. The group's focus for each session revolves around what is present to play with. All of it member driven personal work and compassionate witnessing.

When I say that you will find warmth, support and non judgment I mean it. We are each creative dynamic beings dealing with our creations. We feel different ways about what that means to each of us. Usually we are stewing in our stew. Having compassionate witnesses brings a much needed re-framing to our challenges.

Groups are small, weekly, and you can move between the groups if you need to due to time or schedule conflicts. Some participate in both. There is a suggested sliding scale so you choose and are payable in monthly payments prior to group via PayPal.

Consciousness and Getting our of our Holes into Wholeness

Over the years many have shared with me that they feel empty or unhappy or in-complete or disconnected from others, from life and from themselves. 

Then there are those who feel too entangled in other peoples stuff of thinking and emotions and aware of losing their own sense of center and self if they could only recognize it. 

How does one navigate around and through to a happier experience in being? 

Often the powerful states of confusion and lack of clarity are what one finds when looking for answers." I don't know" can be an automatic safety response to a question or it can be that knowing is not helpful for then choices have to be made. The "I don't know" answer then does not lead to curiosity explored where it might otherwise. It derails the solution, the agenda, the dynamics at play and holds one tightly in some sense of safe.  

We can be quite creative when it comes to feeling empty or unhappy and our maintaining the state of empty. Empty is an okay state when one has a sense of wholeness. Then there is room for something new. The challenge is when we feel emptiness and our sense of wholeness is really filled with holes. 

Knowing ourselves as Consciousness at our core of our humanity is helpful in all cases. Knowing that one is choosing to play fault/no fault, judgment/no judgment and to silence the active emotional terrain is helpful. Then one can check in and and notice how you feel about your circumstances and how you relate to your circumstances. And how those circumstances may be able to change in some way. 

So we go into our sense of connection as Consciousness. We call it here Heart Centered Awareness the field of Unified Consciousness. As we settle into the quiet, the sacred free of form we can gain perspective free of the attachments that hold the fog, confusion real. 

Here we can be free to notice patterns and elements of patterns in new ways of orientation free also from the emotions connected.

As Consciousness we are present in the present free of our tightly held senses of time and space, and story elements of identity in our human realities. We enter into this quantum realm of being where time, space and dimension are malleable qualities. We allow ourselves to once again be a playful child in orientation and create new realities out of the old in the moment. These will then show up in our shift back to our limited senses of human being. Issues, concerns, problems change. 

All is about navigating Consciousness as Wholeness, the All. All falls within the parameters of the core of Consciousness. It is within each of us and around us.  

Emptiness, unhappiness, confusion, fogged in mind begin to shift and change and release their grips upon us. 

All is as potential in this realm. In the realm of our human realities we use the word energy. Potential has become some thing, some form, some dynamic, some force, what we call energy and we forget it is totally malleable at its core free of form, time and space considerations. 

It is time to focus back to our wholeness. And, how Consciousness and our individual creative souls have crafted your life for you to play in. You do not have to let the holes created as confusion and fogged emotions distract you.

I don't judge emptiness and a sense of disconnect.They are powerful states to be in and all states are equal. Yet they don't seem to feel as good as other states and often lead to different choices one might when feeling happy and in connection with others. As we have all been witnessing all too often these days.

Maybe come play with me for a change. I will meet you there.
